Fanny was pretty sure she had never felt more horrible about herself in her life.

It wasn't like she'd never been in a fight with her brother before -- heck, they'd have at least four fights a day. But both of them were always able to push their troubles aside and go back to making fun of each other the next day. It was always in good fun, even if both of them acted bitchy. It was just something the two of them did.

But this fight was different. It was harsh and bitter, and Fanny had stomped out of the room and into the girls restroom, bawling her eyes out this time. She didn't want to fight anymore. She wanted to have her brother back.

After she had calmed down a bit, it took Fanny several hours to get up enough nerve to actually, physically, walk to Felix's dormitory. She didn't know what to say or how to say it, but this time, she felt like she really owed him an apology, even if they'd both said horrible things. She didn't want them to be like this. She never wanted for them to be like this.

Fanny knocked on the door to his dormitory, looking a bit like a mess.
