"I have to! You don't get it, you've never get it!" Tatum snapped back, though Michi's words stung her, she was too worked up to react anything but violently. "You already lost your parents, I don't want to lose mine," she muttered, knowing it was a low blow and regretting it immediately. She knew, in her heart, she might lose them by the end of all of this anyway. What did gay being matter in the scheme of this mess? It was the least of her worries.
"Well, I can't do this either," she shot back, her own voice shaking. She swallowed thickly, figuring there was no point in dancing around the subject any longer. "I think I'm knocked up.. like, ninety-nine percent sure."
