Once her buckle was in place, Dani knew that her mission was much more important than going to class and getting through the day. She had to sniff out the infidels and punish them so thoroughly that they would never imagine turning their backs on S.H.I.E.L.D again. She went to class and sat down but as the time ticked away she knew it was just too much. Jumping up on her desk, she looked around the room wildly before forcing the window open.

"Miss Quentin?! What on Earth are you doing?!" Professor Campbell asked in shock as the senior jumped up on her desk.

Dani smiled easily as she turned to her professor and in a Russian accent said "I am the Black Widow Professor Campbell and there is espionage afoot." With that she climbed up and out the window, flinging herself on the closest person and tackling them to the ground. "TELL ME WHAT YOU KNOW ABOUT THE PLOT TO FOIL S.H.I.E.L.D!" she demanded.

Leland knew that he had to get straight to work. There were villains running rampant around campus and so few heroes to stop them in their tracks. He spent the morning with Eddie, running from building to building in an attempt to stop the criminals in their tracks.

"Come Supergirl, there's still much work to do," he said after stopping to catch his breath.

"Yeah Sup'rman!" Eddie giggled, clinging to Leland's neck as he hiked her up on his back once more. "Gotta stop dem crim'nals!"

He took off running right away, straight toward the Common Grounds where he was sure there would be trouble. If only he could find Batman or Wonderwoman!

Marney had been slinking around all day, causing havoc for the heroes and villains alike. Between sabotaging and stealing, she had acquired almost one hundred dollars cash, three watches, a cellphone and a ring. She was just dumping yet another book bag she had stolen and raided when she spotted Leland and Eddie dashing off between buildings. Marney smirked, dropping the bag unceremoniously on the ground. She could use some hunky arm candy, and who better than superman?

Taking care to stay out of sight, she began to weave her way between buildings in an attempt to get ahead of the two super heroes. She turned a corner and was met face to face by Leland.

"Hey there, super stud," she purred, her eyes glinting mischievously. "What's the rush?"

"Ah!" Leland yelped when Marney popped up in front of him. He stumbled back a few steps and looked at her seriously. "Catwoman," he growled. "Now is not the time for your tomfoolery! There has been an outbreak of illegal activities on campus! Supergirl and I have much work to do," he said, quite sure of himself.

"Yeah Catwoman," Eddie said over Leland's shoulder with a big grin. "Crim'nals be stealin' all the damn monies!"

"Loosen up, Superboy," Marney said. She ran her finger along his jawline and smiled sweetly at Eddie. "I just wanted to have a little fun."

She let out a goodhearted laugh at Eddies declaration and pulled out the money she had acquired earlier that morning. "You wouldn't be talking about this money, would you?" She reached out and ruffled the little girl's hair. "You got a mouth like a sailor, sweetheart. I could teach you a useful thing or two, what do you say?"

Leland huffed and stepped away from Marney again. "Superman," he said ruffled that she so blatantly misused his title. "You are not helping things."

Eddie's eyes went wide. "Superman, you hear dis?!" she asked, flailing her little hands at Marney. "She gone and stoled all dat damn money daddy! You gotta give it back missy er Superman and me is gonna have to kick yer butt!"

Leland nodded stiffly. "She's right Catwoman, you need to return that money to the citizens of Blue Ridge School. You're setting a terrible example for the young heroes out there!"

"You're gonna kick my butt, huh?" Marney asked, smirking. Her hand was already itching to grab her handgun, just in case. She may have been faster than this sluggish oaf, but it was always nice to have insurance. "I'd like to see you try, cutie. I could think of a few other things we could do, super hunk."

Marney just shrugged off Leland's request, "A girl's gotta eat. I never said I was a role model."

Leland scoffed at her suggestion and put his hand on her face, giving it a little shove. "Back off lady," he growled. "We've got serious business to attend to!"

"Dis is bullshit!" Eddie hollered from his back.

"Well you certainly wouldn't do a very good job of it," he said stiffly. "Perhaps you should find a more suitable career if this," he motioned to her outfit. "If this is making you stoop to stealing from innocent citizens!"

Seconds after Leland shoved her face, Marney had her gun pressed up against Leland's jaw. "Listen super stud," she hissed, her eyes narrowing. "Put your hands on me like that again and I'm going to have to play rough with you."

She turned her gaze to Eddie and smiled sweetly. "Be a good girl, princess, and grab daddy's wallet for me?"

Leland scoffed and pushed the gun away from his jaw. "Like that would do anything to me," he said raising an eyebrow. "I'm Superman," he said as if it were the most obvious thing on the planet.

Eddie looked at Marney skeptically. "Whatcha gonna do with it?" she asked.

Leland tried to look behind him but couldn't quite get his eyes in the right place. "Don't listen to her Supergirl," he told her before turning his gaze on Marney. "And don't you try to go influencing my daughter in your evil ways."

Marney glared, her anger flaring up, who the hell did this prick think he was? She was fairly certain that one way or another her hand gun could do some damage to the big oaf. The rest of what was said was lost on her, and with a battle cry, she was swinging the butt of her gun as hard as she could right at Leland's nose.

She felt the impact all the way down her arm, and stepped back, shaking her limp wrist gingerly. "Mother fucker that hurt!" she said, pouting.

It did hurt and it took all the self-control he had not to yelp when the gun came down on his nose. Blood spurted everywhere, pouring from his nose and dousing the front of his t-shirt in a healthy layer of red. He forced his chin out though and looked straight at her. "Th-that all you got cat-bitch?" he challenged.

Marney let out a growl and kicked her pointy booted foot upwards in response. She caught Leland right in the crotch, and when her foot connected, she couldn't help but smirk.

"I warned you I'd get rough," she purred, winking at him. "Wanna go for round two?"

Leland felt himself doubling a little at the kick. He thought he might puke but he forced himself to stand up straight and cleared his throat despite the fact that he just wanted to curl up in a ball. "We... don't... have time... for this," he grunted putting his hands on Marney's shoulders and moving her to the side.

He tried to hobble away a bit. "You are a terrible, terrible person Catwoman."

"Not so fast, Papa Bear," she said. Her grin widened a bit as she grabbed the collar of his shirt. She loved getting paid. "I believe you still owe me some payment."

She reached into the boy's back pocket and fished his wallet out with ease. "Let's see what we've got here," she hummed to herself as she leafed through his wallet. She pocketed one of the twenties, leaving the rest and sliding it back into his pocket.

"Thanks doll face," she purred, giving him a kiss on the cheek. "You're the best."
