Gemma stood in front of the gather students and rebels at the cabin, there were too many of them to actually fit inside the small structure so they stood outside. She smiled as she paced in front of them. "Tonight is the night," she said cheerfully. "We're going to take over Blue Ridge, we'll snatch it right out from under their noses. Now, the job is simple and the plan is simple as long as you stick to what I'm telling you right now. If you fuck up and it ruins this all, you're dead," she said simply.

"Any questions?"

One of the boys from the school stepped forward and cleared his throat. "I want to get rid of mudbloods as much as anyone else but what is taking over the school going to prove?"

Gemma's eyes narrowed and she flicked her wand with malice. A green light shot from the wand and hit the kid squarely in the chest. He fell dead. "Any more questions?" she asked calmly as she flicked at the boy and one of her followers scurried over to clean up her mess.

"Now, as I was saying," she said grabbing a piece of paper out of her pocket. "Alex and Charlie, you will be my key elements. I want you to each take one of the smoke bombs I prepared earlier. Set them both off at the front doors at 11:45 sharp, make sure not a minute sooner or later. 11:45," she looked at the two girls pointedly but knew they would come through. "Stand by to guard the door and make sure no one leaves," she said steadily. "Samir and I will come in through the front with a group. Angel and Shiloh, I want you to come in the back way where Kekoa and Marcus will set off two more smoke bombs and stand guard. Do. Not. Let. Anyone. Leave," she said slowly and carefully. "The rest of you will surround the doors while we commence with the takeover. Fighting is going to break out, you have to ready yourselves for it. You might very well have to fight your best friends. If anyone sees that you're not contributing..." she smirked. "Well we simply can't let you contribute to the other side either."

"I want you to know that what we do tonight will be remembered for centuries. People may not think it's the right thing now, but we are the bringers of revolution. Hands are bound to get bloody in some ways but imagine the greatness we bring. We're not just about weeding out the mudbloods like that idiot said," she sneered. "We're bringing change, empowering witches and wizards against those filthy muggles. We are powerful, we are more powerful than them and we will take our rightful place in the world. We will not live in shadows any longer. We will not be ruled by a muggle government we can easily destroy. We will no longer stand this indignity," there was a lightness to her voice despite the intensity in her eyes.

"Go to the dance like there is nothing different, try your best to pretend that you know nothing until 11:45. If necessary, use force on your fellow classmates. If they stand against you, they are only standing in the way of true progress. Show the others that we can protect ourselves and we can protect all wizards... and we will," she said simply. "Just like..." she motioned and waved toward where the body was being taken care of. "Just like I proved with that one," she shrugged.

"Now those of you still enrolled at Blue Ridge, get back to the school and don't let anyone know anything is different. We'll see you tonight," she waved them all off and went to her chair where she began rocking slowly and meticulously. There were only two thoughts on her mind; the long awaited takeover and the hope the Ellie would have the sanity to stay home.

A cauldron bubbled over sending a thick layer of fog drifting out toward the middle of the darkened room. The room was eerily cloaked in darkness except for the little lanterns that bobbed in the air, emitting soft, orange light. Platters of creepy snacks layered the tables which were covered in dark purple cloths. Spider webs hung from the corners and skeletons did a macabre dance through the halls. It was the perfect atmosphere for a wizards Halloween ball.

After a grueling week of exams, the students could finally cut loose and party. The end of the year dance had been by far the most decked out dance of all. The whole Great Hall and outside of it were decorated in rich dark blues and gentle light blues, representing the school's colors. Huge banners with Blue Ridge printed all over them were strung about the buildings. Balloons, streamers, confetti; all in the two different shades of blue and a little white were scattered all around. Everyone wore a look of relief and happiness. The school year was finally over and all they had to do was wait.

Ichirou loved those one day holidays where it wasn't enough to go home but it was still enough time to enjoy the weekend. He tried to make plans so that the kids would be safe and still enjoy the small holiday. A picnic and beach party seemed like the perfect opportunity, so dresses as silly as he could manage, he helped Teo set up the beach and picnic area and he helped him grill all the food.

The weather was perfect, they couldn't have asked for a better day as the mass of students begin filtering into the beach.

King's Hall had been decorated in a fantastical landscape. It looked as though the entire building had been wrapped up by an enchanted forest. Even the snack's table looked romantic and fantastic with a golden box for voting at the end. The air was almost shimmering in the hall.

The school ground's was a different story though. Well before the prom had been set up, plans for the after party were already in full sway. As tradition, the kids "snuck" out to the woods but like always, there were adults waiting just outside to make sure no one got hurt. What the adults didn't know was that a huge keg had been concealed from their eyes in the stump of a dead tree. Oh the shenanigans that will be had.

Content: Spring Fling Garden Party!

The whole school had been given a make over. Despite the looming feeling caused by the many aurors around the school, there was a light and springy feeling to everything. The herbology students and the garden club had been working extra hard to make sure that all the flowers were in bloom and looking good for the celebration. The Commons had been converted to a magical little garden with faerie lights dotting the trees and the bushes. Little tables had been set up and there was tea and tea cookies spread throughout along with small candles who's flame licked out the second they were tipped.

The doors to King's Hall were flung open to the Commons and the inside of the hall were decorated with spring colors and flowers. There were light gossamer streamers hanging around the ballroom and tables lines with colorful spring looking snacks. There was a highly monitored punch bowl though not too many people were drinking out of it despite the best efforts to keep it safe.

So far the return to school had gone off without a hitch. Ichirou was careful not to get too comfortable. He knew better than that. But still, they needed to fundraise for the school, the more fundraising they did, the better their school trips and facilities were. With a few volunteers the whole campus was transformed for open house, much like it had been for parents weekend.

There were plenty of sports events. Friday night was the quodpot match between Shenandoah and Quirank. Saturday afternoon there were quidditch games. Sunday morning the fields were reserved for the muggle sports teams to show off what they had been learning. An array of clubs had set up displays and even some of the professors had convinced students to let their work be showcased. The more bragging rights, the better.

Meka had spent an inordinate amount of time making sure everything was party-ready. She hid breakable things, stocked up on beer (especially Heinikin and Bud for her pit master), and as always, she pulled the kiddie pool out so they could use it as a giant cooler for beers and drinks. It didn't take much to sneak one of her dad's credit cards to buy all the food they would need for an entire school of people and she made sure to clean the pool before people started arriving.

With everything set and ready she finally let herself relax and enjoy some time with her friends and with Sim. She would let the party proceed as it would and not worry about clean up until Friday morning.

As the sun crested over the campus, things were beginning to turn back to normal. The blood had all been cleaned up and people were starting to return to themselves. The love potion was wearing off and people were beginning to realize they were not where they were supposed to be.

Gaudy wasn't the right word for the way that the ball room had been decorated. Gaudy wasn't nearly extreme enough a word to cover the over the top ridiculousness that had occurred in the room. Shades of red, pink, purple, and white flooded all over the hall. Fat, naked cherub toys swung from the ceiling shooting foam, heart shaped arrows down into the crowd. Red hearts floated past and every once in a while, one of the hearts would explode and send glitter all over the place.

Streamers, banners, and table cloths were heart and glitter covered. Staff were watching the students and aurors took a few rounds around the outside of the building. Snack tables were covered in Valentine's Day snacks and the punch was bright red with Valentine's Day themed cups.

It was the last dance of the calendar year and the last chance to have a great bash, it was the last chance to impress. The social events committee, with the help of the staff, had decorated King's Hall to be a winter wonderland. They charmed giant, fluffy flakes to fall from the ceiling, the walls seemed almost iced over, and jovial holiday music played overhead as if were coming down from the ceiling with the snow flakes.

A snack and drink table was set up in the back, blue and silver table clothes lining the long tables and silver chairs set up around the whole hall. There was a giant light up evergreen tree at the back of the room with decorations that students from the past had given to the school and there were several menorahs set up and lit around the room. The staff were dressed in their holiday best and prowling the dance for drunk kids and boys and girls who were dancing to close but generally there was a feeling of merriment, joy, and excitement over the holidays.

The holiday feeling was running high around the campus. Holiday decorations dotted the halls and the houses, fires were always roaring in the fire places, there was a faint smell of sugar cookies and chestnuts, and candy canes floated in the air. It was a time for cheer and gift giving.

The secret santa assignments had gone out and all that was left was for the students to exchange their gifts. Ichirou himself had bene working for hard to make the students all feel welcome for the holidays by making his own gifts for all the students and staff and written a personal message on each note.

Summary: The homecoming dance!

The staff had been planning for homecoming all week along with the students and the events committee. With the themed days leading up to the dance along with the game, everyone on campus was revved up and ready to go. King's Hall had been decorated to the nines, keeping to the schools blue color theme. When the game was over, and Appalachia house walked off the fields champions of the homecoming game, one of the large center banners turned turquoise and silver with a wolf mascot in the center to celebrate the team's victory.

By seven the music was playing and the ball room was filling with students and staff. There were several tables lined up against the walls with snacks and drinks. There were balloons and colored bubbles falling from the ceiling and streamers flying through the air. The entire thing was exceptionally festive and Blue Ridge was prepared to celebrate it's homecoming.

Content: Hunter might be turning into a dad, but she still probably couldn't stop throwing parties unless she died, so she decided to do Halloween right! One big night of mischief and debauchery is much anticipated.

Hunter didn't usually put a whole entire ton of thought into throwing a party. It was one of the things that came naturally, she could usually just make it all come together, even at the last minute. She considered it a gift of sorts, but perhaps it was just that as long as they had booze and or privacy, almost any crowd of teenagers would be appeased. Whatever the case, Halloween was turning out awesome.

She had been limited her own drinking a bit, something Sera had suggested she try slowly at first so she didn't drop dead or something, but there was plenty to drink and more. She seen to that earlier when she had easily sweet-talked Sera into getting a few of her nerdy friends together and doing the decorating, while she dragged Mack off to help her buy supplies, returning with the back of her truck full of liquor and candy. Now with tables and everything all set up, it really did look good, very festive. She would have to ask Sera where she learned to charm things to produce fog like she had done all around the ground, it could come in handy for like.. escaping criminals or something. It looked cool, wafting everywhere around people's feet.

Wading through said enchanted fog, which was swirling about her legs up to below her knees now, the blonde ducked a bit as a firework shot through the air not too far away from it, exploding just about few feet above her head. She grinned. Just what she wanted to see, misbehavior! If someone didn't lose a finger or something tonight from blowing things up, it wouldn't be Halloween.

She just hoped it wasn't her. Dad's needed all of their digits and besides that, it had taken forever to have the other one reattached back in junior year.
