Minor Changes
You might have noticed that I made a sticky at the top post for the mod journal. Mostly it just has quick links, but I think it will help new players navigate the mod journal. It's also a place to comment if you have ideas you want to discuss (though you can always IM me or email me, whatever works for you).

I also put the Intro to the Faculty Journal entry as the last one so that it will appear on top, just so that it's the first thing you read when you look at it.

I added a little bit to the House page, just a tiny clarification on how Mother Criss sorts students because I don't think I was entirely explicit about how I envisioned the process.

Advertising
I've been putting out ads like crazy trying to draw new players in (but that's like throwing needles into haystacks). If you have any friends you think would like to join, or know of some rpers from other games, please point them in our direction. If you have any other suggestions, let me know.

I love our little game here and I'd like to see it grow.

Updates
Oh! I updated all of their class year information and moved the graduating students up to university house. I've changed dorm assignments (since they're all a floor up now), but everyone has the same roommates. I forgot to mention that.

PLOT
I do have plans for plot in the next year. Most of it will involve faculty at the moment, but that's cool because anyone can log into the faculty journal and participate. It will begin trickling down to the students before long.

The New York Association of Wizards has decided to cut Dresden Academy's funding for the 2011-2012 school year. At present our headmistress, Jillian Hulett is struggling to figure out what to cut in order to save money. She'll be trying to trick staff into retiring, debate cutting some elective classes, and consider minimizing the sports program (quodpot, she's looking at you). I'm open to any awesome ideas to play into this plot and I'd love to see you guys jump into the faculty journal and play some very panicked (and inversely blasé) teachers.

You know me, I do go on, but that's about it for summer updates.
