	Theresa Cassidy is enjoying a nice day off to herself at the apartment she maintained in New York City when she's not off on a job somewhere else. Days off are a pretty rare thing for her to come by, as she enjoyed a long, hot, steamy shower. (Reply to this)(Thread)

The door opens nearly silently, certainly not audible over the sound of the water. A shadowy figure's outline becomes visible through the steam, and against the shower curtain. As he moves closer, one arm comes up, and from the edge of one hand, a blade extends slowly, soundlessly. He moves closer and closer, and then makes a vicious slashing motion, then another, then another.

Racerblade's adamantium-laced armblade cuts away the shower curtain cleanly. Siryn is lucky - they've been told to take her alive.

"Don't bother getting dressed on my account. Deathwatch, shut her up."

One instant he's there in front of her, drawing fire for the sonic scream, the next he's not. The point to him going in first was to make sure Deathwatch got a chance to act, after all.

He moves back in a graceful blur, his hands moving almost too fast to follow. Theresa can feel metal on skin, the sharpest and coldest of knife edges touching her stomach, her breasts, her shoulders. But there's no blood, his touch faint enough to just leave the shallowest of white marks in an X over her bare skin, before the blade comes to her throat.

"Now, now... let's be quiet please, or I will cut you for real."

Provided she keeps her mouth shut after the demonstration of how quickly the threat can be made real, he'll nod to Deathwatch to begin putting her out.

He holds the blade to her throat until she's no longer conscious.
"The Lord Apocalypse will be pleased." he says, looking Theresa over with a cold sort of admiration - less like she's a naked, beautiful woman, and more like she's a naked, blank canvas. He crouches, running the edge of one blade over her skin, not enough to cut, but still the lovely feel of his bonded blades on flesh.
He traces one gentle curve with the very knife's edge, then remembers his mission and picks her up.

"Ready for teleport? Call it in, I have her."

It felt great to be alive again. Eric Williams took a deep breath and smiled. The air shimmered in front of him and a dwarf stepped out.

"This is for you, Eric Williams. Use it well." The dwarf smiled and then disappeared again.

Eric looked at the sheet of parchment. It took awhile, but he understood what it would allow him to do.

He smiled again. Yes, it was very good to be alive again. Tonight he would perform the ritual and LA would be in for a surprise.

	Arkady appeared on the lawn of Xavier's. He knows the place, quite well even. Appearing inside the security network, no alarms go off, and just a single moving figure is visible. The grounds are quiet, despite it being a mostly pleasant, if cool day. Hmm, most of the students and teachers must be off somewhere. Omega Red grins... he's hungry. Being dead has left him starving. 	In South Africa, the mutant maelstrom of energy known as HOlocaust appears. His appearance alone is enough to spark panic, which he grins wide at. He doesn't need to know why he's alive again, just that he can enjoy what he can do to the flatscans again. He'll feed, flay, and burn well today. (Reply to this)

Alexi, a man people thought dead, knew everything that happened. He was well connected and even in hiding he knew what was going on in his country. When Kraven appeared on the scene, Alexi knew about it.

He would risk coming out of hiding for this. There was business to be taken care of.

"Hello, comrade. Welcome back to the land of the living," he said as he stepped out the shadows.
