Hokay, modly post of important importance. Don't be afraid to read this.

Our latest proposal is that we move traverse town to insanejournal. The pros of a move is that it's more of an rp hub and you get more icons. Which just means more pretty picture space and more possible members.

The downside is that since IJ is an rp hub names will be lacking and it wont feel as comfortable as scribbld does.

Oh, awesome, I'm great at explaining this. Really though, that's the long and the short of it. If we want more members, pictures, ect we could move to IJ if we like things the way they are then we can stay on scribbs and simply try harder to bring in more people.

The vote is up to you, dear members. Simply reply with your thoughts about moving. Any questions and such you can ask too.

Alright, alright. I took it upon myself to clean up the old journals on the main comm and the ooc comm. So if you get an email saying I removed something I shouldn't have? Know that it wasn't intentional. Just come on back and you have my apologies.

I also wanted to say good job on at the April Fools Event guys. Those were a lot of fun to read and many thanks to those who organized it and put in the time and effort to make it awesome. Don't forget to drop by this link and offer suggestions for a theme for May as well as other fun stuff!

So, in the last little thing~~ the lovely modly-mod D suggested something awesome. And I know a suggestions post has been an idea floating around for a while now so here it is!

Weird things should happen in Traverse Town, since weird things do happen around holidays~ What about when we're all off and lacking in holidays to mess with? New thing: MONTHLY THEMES. Suggest in the suggestion post. We pick the bestest theme and people can submit prompt ideas for it and thus-- Happenings! For example: Someone might suggest April's theme should be 'Rain!' and then if that one gets picked we might end up having an event like a big hurricane or something! 8D Fun, fun? Just so we're not limited to holidays and stuff.

So here's a post which will be repeated once a month where members can:
+ Suggest Monthly Theme Ideas (April's already pretty far in so you're suggesting for~ MAY!)
+ Make chatroom date recommendations.
+ Make Requests!

Now now the important part if you want to consider it important~! April Fools/Easter plans. I'm sticking with combining them since they're so close together. Now~Not a lot of suggestions there but since it's all we got I need votes on which one we're doing now~!

A number of WICKED-AWESOME holidays are coming up and I think we should celebrate them with some TOTALLY-WICKED-AWESOME events in this place. What do you think?

St.Patrick's Day: (March 17th) Okay so not all of you are Irish and I thiiiink Matt is the only one actually in the roleplay with any Irish in there. I'm just assuming because of the hair. ANYWAY, the day iiiis known for a bunch of people getting drunk and I know we all like an occasional drunk scenario. So if you want to celebrate it with some sort of flipping amazing house-party or you got any other ideas for it comment with a YESPLZ to this holiday. I'm also thinking about those little irish shorties with the pot of gold. Ideas, ideas? We could even skip this holiday all together and save the drunk-awesomeness for Cinco De Mayo.

First Day Of Spring: (March 20th) I don't think this exactly calls for an event but it's probably safe to say that once this day hits... you probably shouldn't be making your characters complain about cold weather anymore. Get your snow posts in before here, yes yes?

April Fools Day: (April 1st) CLEARLY WE NEED SOME EVENT FOR THIS. It is only the bestest day ever. What I've been thinking is we have some topsy turvey situations going on. We could make a list of awesome things that could happen to a character, put 'em in a hat, and then see what is happening to who. (READ: One person could suffer a genderswitch while two others have a body-switch, and one person is now turned into a cat. CHAOS! And everybody wins!) JUST A SUGGESTION THOUGH. I have no authority force that. PLZ CONTRIBUTE SUGGESTIONS/AGREEMENTS/IDEAS. :D

Easter: (April 4th) Now Easter is so damn close to April fools that I'm thinking whatever event takes place on April 1st should overlap with Easter. Everything goes topsy turvey--- WHILE there are eggs hidden everywhere? I have no idea. Let's get some ideas going.

Today I bring not only another Code Geass character but also another mind reader! Fabulous me, I know I know.

I'd like to take this time to explain Mao's power. You see, he can read people's thoughts regardless of if he wants to or not. It's what makes his personality so defective and him off his rocker because of the constant influx of thoughts. This simply means that he'll be able to read your characters thoughts, it's not something you can really be immune to.

But don't worry! You know me, I won't abuse this ability or anything! I won't be up ons god modding and shiz for anybody concerned about that.

And, due do a complete lack of fanart, Alberich will be only having one icon. Don't worry, I'll tell you what his expression is (it'll be scowling most of the time anyways).

Oh, and while I'm here I'll explain his powers. Alberich has MindSpeech. This means he can communicate telepathically. Telepathic communication looks like :This.: In case anyone is wondering that is how it is displayed in cannon. He also has really erratic (and by erratic I mean he has no control over it and it almost never happens) ForeSight that allows him to see up to two hours in the future. Basically it shows him events where bad things happen that he can change. This probably won't happen but if he's getting a vision, I will gladly tell you.

And, on the ForeSight note, the future Alberich sees is a only a possiblity. It is not what will actually happen. Usually he'll ForeSee something bad happening to someone or thing around him. Like if you're about to get ambused by Sephiroth and he's around, he'll See it coming. Now if your character jumps out from behind a door and yells 'surprise!', he will not ForeSee that. I'm thinking I'd run any ForeSight by on IM with the muns in the thread if I choose to use it. Is that cool with everyone?

Ah~ I had an idea for a random event since I took up The Master. It sounds interesting to me but that's generally the downfall of plans, amirite?

My idea was for The Master to basically 'hijack' the communications systems via Agatha's lab. You know phones, compies, the cameras littered about via Hiruma and broadcast waves that basically caused people to lose memories. People would have control over what their characters lost or if they were even effected at all. They could forget people, events, past events in their lives, or even being in ttown just as a few examples.

It wouldn't really be long term cause I'm sure somebody uneffected would go give The Master a little bit of a smack but I think it could prove to be a fun event. Take a baddie and get straight to doing bad things. I just wanted some feedback to see if people would even be interested in this sort of event.
