Gabrielle ;*
Dark wizards needed to go fuck themselves in the ass.

And not just dark wizards, oh no. Random thieves and hooligans who thought they could get away with zapping defenseless people in the street with itching spells because it was supposedly hilarious needed to jump off a very tall cliff. What was wrong with people these days? Didn't they know that life was easier when you followed the fucking rules?

Dimitri opened the front door of his house with a bit of a slam, irritated and the stupid that seemed to follow him all day.

"Gaaaaaaaaaaabby," he whined, throwing his cloak onto the nearest couch, dropping back into it almost immediately after. Dimitri stared miserably up at the ceiling, thinking that he should go and see if Dean was still awake, but finding that he did not have the energy to move. He pouted greatly and tilted his head back to look up at (and upside down) at his wife, who had just appeared.

"You look pretty."

Dimitri
Gabrielle clasped her hands together on her lap as she sat with her husband, her feet bouncing up and down as those large chocolate orbs scanned the area. It was an examination room, another sonogram to see how the baby was doing inside. But this wasn’t just a check up! No, this was more. This time, when she got that cold gel put on her stomach, she would not only see a picture of their baby up there on the screen, but she was going to learn it’s gender for the first time. It was very exciting, and Gab really couldn’t sit still. And she couldn’t stop smiling like an idiot either. She had a feeling that her husband had noticed her constant fidgeting, but she was trying to be stealthy about it. It just wasn’t working very well.

“Where is the doctor?”

She leaned forward, her expanded stomach causing her to not go very far as she tried to see down the hallway. When she didn’t see anyone, she sighed lightly and leaned back in her seat looking up at Dimitri with a large smile, her feet still bouncing. “I’m so anxious.” Like she really needed to spell that out for him. “It’s just…this is it! This is when we find out whether we’re going to have a son or a daughter, you know? Or…or do you want to wait? Like, have it be a surprise? Because some people do that, and that’s one way to go with it, but I figured that if we know now we can start thinking of names earlier, right? Like, we can go through boy names or girl names, and decide on what we like, and then we can decorate the nursery, and figure out if we need to paint it blue or pink, and I really don’t normally ramble on like this.” She gave a sheepish grin when she realized that she had been talking non-stop for quite some time.

Gabrielle!
It was hard as all fuck to lead a double life.

But, Dimitri was good at it. He hated it, but he was good at it. Finally finding some time to rejoin the wizarding world on a social aspect, the thoughts of keeping his muggle life a secret had really overwhelmed him. It was for Gabrielle's own safety, of course, but the fact remained that he was lying to his friends and the people he cared about about the woman he cared for most in the world. Dimitri had come to the conclusion a long time ago that Gabrielle didn't need to know about his job, or his abilities, because...well, she loved him, right? Why should he put her in danger---and he knew other people did it, he knew that other people had wives and went out into the field every day, but when you could keep them out of harms way, then--why not?

Maybe one day. But not now. There was a war raging, and there was no need for any more trouble than it was worth. Because seriously? Was it his fault he was good at his job? No, thank you very much. Maybe the criminals and death eaters just sucked at hiding from him, ever think of that?

Sometimes he really did feel like a superhero, but on occasions like this, when he was sitting home and helping Gabrielle grade some pop quizzes. Felt like he'd hung up his cape in a secret compartment in the back of the closet.

"You have some very stupid students," he said, x'ing out a few more wrong answers.
