biography
Tristan Dean Armstrong was born into a life of wealth and lavishness when he was born to Hannah and Eugene Armstrong in Hartford, Connecticut on September 29th, 1996. From a young age, it was impressed upon Tristan to always make the right choices, to always remember that people were watching and commenting. His father, at the time, was a simple council man with aspirations to be a Senator, a dream that was fufilled when Tristan was four.
Life as the son of a wealthy Democratic Senator wasn't all it was cracked up to be. Even with his family's more "liberal" leanings, certain things were still to be expected of Tristan, a certain reputation was to be upheld: keep your head down, and look like a model child.
Getting kicked out of Kingswood Oxford for selling academic papers wasn't on the list of pre-approved activities that his father's Deputy Chief of Staff had given him.
Not realizing what he needed, Hannah and Eugene decided to home school him for the school year, which consisted of hiring a private tutor and further ignoring their only child. Tristan, finally resigned to his fate as being an accessory to his parents, kept his head down and excelled in his studies and music lessons. His parents, pleased, decided to send him to boarding school, but in Washington, D.C. where his father could keep an eye on him (or rather, his father's staff).
