SUMMARY: Macy is a do-gooder. She constantly comes up with new ways to help her fellow students, the environment, or starving people in third world countries. She's set up two tutoring programs at Hobbs so far, though not a whole lot of students are taking advantage of them. As for the environment, Macy dedicates one day a month to ridding Frye Island of littered garbage to the best of her ability. She's also tried to stage a few Go Green! rallies, but they weren't a huge success. Macy is the type of girl who tries to see the good in everything. She can find beauty in even the ugliest thing. She's a glass half full kind of person, always looking on the bright side of things. She could be having the worst day, but like a true optimist, could find something about it that wasn't so terrible. She's way too trusting and quick to forgive, which makes her an easy target to take advantage of. Because helping people is her foray, she has a difficult time saying no to people. Most of the time, she doesn't understand that she's being conned. Her head is usually in a blissful cloud of happy.

HISTORY
Macy was adopted by Albert and Marie Jones when she was just 6 months old. Her birth mother, Lisa, was a 16 year old high school student looking to give her baby a better life. Though Lisa was informed that scientific tests were being performed on her baby, she did not know the specifics. When Macy was born, Lisa took one look at her, named her, and never saw her again. Macy was taken to Frye's Island Hospital almost immediately where she spent the first six months of her life. Once the program directors decided she was stable, a pair of scientists named Albert Jones and Marie (nee Marshall) were assigned to her.

Though Albert and Marie were not together romantically, they treated Macy as their child. Eventually, the two fell in love and married (secretly). When Macy was three and a half years old, Albert and Marie had their own child, Daniel.
