There's a point in time when a family is started. The mother and father sit down and decide that it's time for them to have a baby. Now, what they didn't expect was not only one, but two bouncing babies of joy coming into their lives. Reginald and Regina Baxter were the first to enter this family. Their mother Jeanie was a waitress for a local diner while their father Coogan was a shipyard worker. Liverpool, in that time, was something of a wasteland of dead ended jobs. You either worked in a pub or worked in the shipyard. Odd jobs were something of a regular task at hand and the Baxter family took a chance in raising the two bundles of joy together. Although they didn't have much money, Jeanie and Coogan worked hard to make sure their children were happy. Reginald had a habit of always having a scowl on his face, despite the fact that he really was happy in the home. The twins always seemed to be together (as most pairs are). They both played off of each other in their plots to trick their poor helpless parents and yet still had the time to bicker whenever things didn't go one of their ways. While Regina was loud about her proclamations of dissatisfaction, Reggie kept to himself about the whole thing. He was very much independent in his thinking and doing. Any help that was offered to him was turned down or taken with disgust if he absolutely had to. The two were considered latchkey kids. A large majority of the children who spent their time at home with each other rather than their parents because of the several jobs they both had to keep. The family had so much to be grateful for even if they had fallen on hard times in recent years. When the twins reached the age of ten, a new surprise had been announced. The birth of their younger brother, Roderick, had been a shock to them both. For the longest time they had been the babies of the family. They had been the ones that got doted upon and were even the solid foundations of how happy their parents had been. Regina had taken to the little one quite easily, but Reggie had a big problem. Whether it was the fact that he was supposed to be the only boy or the fact that it would divide the attention of the parents into a third instead of a half was anyone's guess. The two didn't get along for quite some time. That is until Coogan lay down the law. Coogan was the type of parent who brought about jokes, laughter and music into the home. Jeanie, on the other hand, typically was the stern voice in the household, keeping them all in order. So when father Baxter decided to raise his voice and say enough? It was time to move on from the problem at hand.

The Baxter family had just begun their journey. Good news had fallen upon the house and they moved to Boston when Reggie was just sixteen years of age. Coogan had gotten a job offer to do offshore work in the city making three times as much as what he would be making in Liverpool. Once again, Regina flourished in her new surroundings. Everyone wanted to know the children with the accents who had stumbled upon their humble town. Reggie was none too pleased with the whole moving situation. He had to give up his friends and his life to be able to move in the pinnacle of his childhood. Making friends was never an easy task for him to accomplish. While trying to adapt to a new culture and school it seemed almost impossible, so he tried out for the soccer team his sophomore year of high school. He met his best mate and decided that it wouldn't be so bad to live out here in the first place, though he still had his doubts considering he still wasn't used to anything in the states. The roads were backwards, the people talked funny and he most certainly didn't want to be stuck where he hated the culture. When he finally found his full niche he had reached college. Harvard University. He got in on his merits and scholarships, just as his sister did along side him and became the most popular guy on campus. Reggie was the first freshman to ever get into a Final Club. The Fox was more than happy to accept him after a series of events landed him in their laps. He had perfect grades and was the life of the party (Keg Stand Reg). What was there to dislike about him? That's when he met Paul. The yin to his yang that shared a dorm room with him the entire first semester of school. Although he had moved into the Final Club house, he still made it a point to hang out with Paul every chance that he got. Pushing through his education he had made it a point to tell himself he was going to be something. The business major was a grueling thing to complete and yet he excelled with flying colors.

As years flew by, Reggie climbed the ladder of success in the business world at JPMorgan Chase. Eventually, he was made the head loans and bankroll officer at the branch. It was a call for celebration! Paul had gotten a job along side Reggie as a loans coordinator and decided that it was time to take him back home to meet the family. There was nothing wrong with a little friend love and his whole family had been out of town for the majority of the month, so why not? Little did he know he'd be meeting a now very grown up Jude than he met six years ago. The spritely pre-teen had turned into an eighteen year old man boy who wanted nothing more than to pester Reggie into being his best friend. The whole evening he had protested and pushed the boy away. It was a night spent at Harvard followed by Jude attacking him at work to force him into going bowling that had solidified that these two weren't going to slow down anytime soon. As much as Reggie protested and threw the boy out, Jude still continued to stay put. This both infuriated and intrigued him enough to delve a little deeper. An open relationship had turned into exclusive which eventually turned into a love. Marriage was quickly followed after that. They now live in a high rise in Boston where he has recently been promoted to a CEO and branch owner of the JPMorgan Chase Bank. Jude still gets on his nerves and yet he still continues to stick around. He still can't understand, for the life of him, what the younger man (ten years his junior) sees in him. This is a wacky life they live, but it's only just begun.
