Seelie Fae are inherently good. They generally seek to help Humans, but they are incredibly snobbish; it is always best to appeal to their vanity and flatter them endlessly. Once they have made a promise they are compelled to keep it by their inborn honor code, and they tend to speak in shades of truth. At night they glow in the dark with the strength of a flickering candle flame.☼ Can teleport between the real world and the world of the Fae at will; doing so leaves behind either sparkles or a tendrils-of-shadow effect, depending on the court alignment.
Unseelie Fae are inherently selfish. They tend to set Humans up for failure and harm, though they will step in to help in order to keep the game afoot for longer. Incredibly chaotic, they make obscene amounts of mischief and seek to disrupt tradition wherever possible. They are always looking out for number one, and the more people they can aggravate in the process of getting what they want the better.
Faeries remain children for at least 50 years, transition into teenagers for approximately 100 years, and are considered young adults in either court at 175 years. From there it is not known how Faeries age as many alter their appearance with glamour constantly. This aging process makes things especially problematic for Faeries with a Human parent.☼ Have a natural form that is the same as Humans, but are capable of shrinking to six inches tall at will.
