RULES

sexlationship is an adult themed celebrity community. the goal of this community is to offer a safe and fun environment for an alternative to regular celebrity communities for people to write out sex and not be judged. we are still a celebrity community though so that means you should keep some sense of realism to the portrayal of your celebrity (don't ignore children if your celeb has any, you don't have to play your celeb as married if they are but perhaps play them divorced to at least acknowledge that connection, etc.) we hope that by joining us you will find a welcoming home for your celeb. we are a new community so any suggestions or ideas you may have are more than welcome so that we can create the best community for you!

by now the rules of the game should be pretty basic but here are some key points for sexlationship:

- no crossing ooc/ic lines. this can and will result in removal.
- we are currently only accepting recognizable celebrities that are 18+. if there is any question about your celebrities claim to fame, we will ask for an imdb or wikipedia link. if after that we decide that they are not what we are looking for, the application will be deleted. feel free to apply as someone else!
- we will not put a restriction on how you play your relationships/storylines. if you would like to come into the community with a closed relationship or chose to change to one later in the game, that is accepted however we do wish and suggest that you keep your relationship open. we feel you will get more out of the game by doing so considering we are a smut based community where people can feel free to write without judgement.
- right now, the character limit is one celebrity per player. this may change once the community gets off it's feet and we will let you know if it does.
- challenges during applying will be accepted but only two per celebrity. if you are challenged, we may ask you for more examples so please be prepared.
- the update limit for personal journals will be every two weeks. we do not require a specific word count or length for updates at this time, though the more in-depth and insightful you can make them will help other members get to know your character. really, we are just looking for signs of activity to know that you are still here and to help you interact with other members of the community.
- once you are accepted to the community, please post an introdcution in sexabilities within 3 days of acceptance. failure to do so will result in being removed from the community.
- if you encounter a problem with another member, please let the mods know. we cannot do anything to help you unless we know about it!

before you apply:

- clean out your friends list on your journal if you are reusing one.
- post both a recent friends only post and an ooc contact post (this should contain any information important to your character such as if they are played as in a relationship, married, straight, gay, bi, likes, dislikes, your preferred method of playing, etc and all comments should be screened on this post!)
- journals should only be your celebrity's name. please, no extra words or numbers or underscores. this just makes it easier for everyone. examples: spearsbritney, bs, brtnyspears, would be good journal names. britneysings, britney01010, brit_spears_, would be unaccepted journal names.
- aim is not a requirement because we understand not everyone has time for that but we do strongly encourage it! your screen name should be character specific. no ooc screen names will be allowed.
- spice up your journal with some icons of your character!
- request membership to the communities.
