Right Track had never been known on the strip for anything good, that was until Rory Klein bought the place in the winter of 2009. It took only a few trips there before the man had found the problem with the club. After appointing new acts to the headlining spots, this place has turned into the next big thing.
Employee Rules
►You are required to be functional for your shifts. If you come into work visibly inebriated to the point you are unable to perform your duties, you will be fired on the spot and ineligible for rehire. Those who work security are not allowed to drink on the clock. Period.
►You have ten minutes from the time you are scheduled to come in to clock in, before you’re considered late.
►No call no shows will be taken as your resignation and you will not be given a second chance unless an extenuating circumstance has arisen. You are still expected to place a call as soon as possible explaining your reason for not showing or calling sooner.
►If you need a day off, you are expected to call a manager at least two hours before your shift, unless you can find someone to cover it yourself.
►If you need more than three days off, you’re expected to put in a request with management at least a month prior to the date you need off. Otherwise you are expected to find someone to cover your shifts for you. For extenuating circumstances such as a death in the family or personal injury, exceptions can be made to this rule.
►If you are arrested and charged with a felony, you are subject to termination at management’s discretion.
►Amateur nights are the last Friday of every month from 9pm-2am. Any male is allowed to participate; they just must sign up on the list with their name and the song they want to dance to. Participants are called in the order they signed up. During these hours, the headliners will be the only actual dancers performing in between sets of the amateurs, unless there is a very short list in which case other dancers will be able to take turns doing sets.
