HISTORY
Anastacia Maria Romero was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil in the fall of 1984 five minutes before her fraternal twin sister. She was always the one who wanted to be the center of attention. From a very young age, she told her parents that when she grew up she wanted to be the ballerina that danced on the top of a music box. Thinking that it was adorable and noticing that dancing was something she really wanted to do, they enrolled her in ballet classes right away. Those dance classes were what she would be the saddest about leaving when the family moved to the United States when Stacia was 9 years old. Her father had the opportunity of a lifetime in his career and couldn't pass it up. Right after they moved, her parents fought nearly constantly about whether the move had been right for the children, but the decision was made that they were in the United States to stay. Anastacia would now be pursuing her dream of being a ballerina here.
As soon as it was possible for them financially, Anastacia was enrolled in ballet classes again. To start she was a bit behind the other girls in her classes. Her teacher told her that her technique was awful and that though she had the potential to be a ballerina, she would have to work hard at it. Private lessons were in order if she was really serious about this. Her parents only wanting the best for their children made it work and got her the extra lessons. In the coming months, her technique would improve drastically and she would come from the girl struggling to keep up at the back of the class, to the one that was demonstrating the choreography to the class after the teacher taught it for the first time.
Stacia, as she would start going by once she hit her teenage years, stayed dedicated to dance throughout high school. Ballet was her absolute passion, but the school she started out in for high school didn't have much of a dance program. Her second semester of her Freshman year her parents let her audition for and transfer to a conservatory for music and dance where she could focus on ballet in addition to her studies. It was at the conservatory where she would first meet Jack Daniels and she would enter into a relationship that she never expected
Stacia graduated high school in 2002 and after that would move in with Jack and continue to pursue her ballet dreams. Her first audition at the Los Angeles Ballet Company was a bust. She spent her first year after she graduated as a part time student at UCLA and as an assistant dance teacher at a local ballet school and continued to take her own advanced ballet classes to improve her skills and technique. When she auditioned for the Los Angeles Ballet Company again for the 2003-2004 season she got a spot in the corps de ballet, a spot she would hold on to for the next seven seasons. When the auditions for the 2011-2012 season came around, word was circulating that Stacia was a shoe in for principal dancer, but not long after she auditioned, she found out that she was pregnant. It wasn't something that either she or Jack had planned. They were both dedicated to their careers and hadn't thought about starting a family yet. When it came to choosing between having the baby and raising it with Jack and taking the spot that was sure to be hers in the ballet company, she chose the baby. She took a leave of absence from the ballet company, but unfortunately, not quite 3 months into the pregnancy she lost the baby.
The loss of their baby is still something that Stacia and Jack are recovering from as a couple. It took its toll on their relationship, and they have been struggling to rekindle their romance for the past year. When auditions came around for this Ballet season though, Stacia was determined not to give up and she auditioned for a spot. Though the principal spot had been promised to someone else, she earned herself a semi-starring role as a soloist for the 2012-2013 that begins in November with the Nutcracker.

APPEARANCE
Stacia is tall, blonde and beautiful. She has a dancer's physique and nearly perfect posture. Her blonde hair flows long past her shoulders. On days when she spends most of the day at the ballet studio it is usually thrown up in a bun, but when she's at home relaxing, and generally when she goes out for a night on the town, she lets it flow. Her hair is naturally curly, but most of the time she has it straightened. She's usually dressed fairly stylish, even when she's just gone out for a run or to go work out and she takes pride in her appearance. Her favorite outfit however is a pair of Jack's boxers and one of his old t-shirts. Somehow, that combination makes her feel the sexiest.
