born in the city of chicago to a lesbian couple still stuck in 1967, courtney grew into a young woman who understood sexual freedom, creative expression and politics. her wit may be idiosyncratic, but from a young age she learnt to respect cultural boundaries, read and prosper by reading. courtney never had to play by any rules, no demands from either mother and this is shown through the girl's wild spirit.

after moving to boston soon after she was born, courtney grew without a care in the world. she wanders aimlessly through the city chewing gum, hair a rainbow of colors, doing whatever she pleases. her motto being "sleep all day, play all night", there never seems to be a dull moment in the girl's life. however, her bad habits and hippy attitude have led to a sudden decline in courtney's well-being: smoking weed which she has been doing since she was fourteen and, at the age of eighteen, turned her attention to snorting cocaine- something she only has the pleasure of doing when she receives a lot of tips on her night shift.

though never having gone to college, courtney studied hard in school and achieved the grades everyone believed would earn her a scholarship. a big dream of hers has always been to study forensics and biology, something that has always interested her, but she has never had the patience to do so.
