First off, in character drama is adored. Who doesn't love it? The out of character drama though .. not so much. We know you've heard this rule before and we know you know it. Say no to drama!
This is not your local ' Gossip Girl ' home. You're not here to play Blair, Chuck, Nate, Blair or the rest of the characters on that show. While we are based on it and the played bys are welcome, we do not want your carbon copies here. If you join and we feel you are just trying to play one of them we will ask you to leave or come back with someone new. We aren't even a high school game!
Be realistic with your characters. The fact they are rich and privileged means there is more room for personal flaws. Perfect characters will be frowned upon. Focus on all parts of your character - even the bad ones other characters won't like about them. It makes them interesting, we promise.
Journals should be clean. No underscores! They must be in the form of your character's journal only. Aim should also be in character. It's basic rp, you should know how it goes by now! Avoid numbers in your screennames as well!
Keep your pb ages realistic. If you're bringing in Sophia Bush, make sure that your character's age isn't stretched too far from her actual one. If you want to play a 21 year old, find a pb that's age is close to 21! That simple. We just don't believe some pbs are that young anymore.. sorry!
Activity will be monitored closely! Right now there is one main mod and two co-moderators. We can't all always be around, life calls but we will be around often. Update your character's journal with something substantial once every three weeks. We expect some sort of activity on aim and in the sub-communities. We will expect you to post a character introduction when you're accepted and we will expect you to make a noticeable effort to interact with the community - not just your 2 or 3 friends.
