This writing space is not meant for writers to feel confined or caged by rules of what is or is not okay for their writing. We are open to any and all plot lines, including rape, incest, torture, or other dark themed lines. The one and only taboo that we do have is under no circumstances will there be any male pregnancies. While we understand the fantasy nature of the writing, we are striving to be as realistic as possible within these realms. Please try to be understanding in this aspect.

When posting in livephlebotomy, which you will receive an invite to upon leaving your contact information, please keep in mind that a few things will be different on your scene header.

Character Journals -

Posting for your character's will be different compared to how you've used it in the past. Your character's journal is not considered an online journal or forum, and so unless it is specifically dictated that the post is sent in an email, letter, package or text like form to another character, these entries will not be read by other characters, but we do ask that they are readable to us as writers.

This does not mean your character will not have a journal of their own, but again, these our private journals and should be treated as such. You cannot comment on someone's entry unless the post was meant as a text or letter to your specific character. When writing in your characters private journal, please make sure the title or top line has indication of when it was written, for example -

Written in RT or Present
Written Two Months ago
Written Two Years ago
Written in the year of 1762

If your character is sending a message or making a message readable to another character, these things too should be indicated, for example -

Text to Lestat
Letter to Nicolas
Message in a bottle to Armand
Email to Daniel
Package to Louis

If a recipient is not indicated, posts should be considered to be written in character's private journals.
