The Don's private estate at one end of the island and the Headquarters of La Cosa Nostra, heavily guarded by security. Only invited people and staff allowed. The estate sits on more than 40 acres with the nearest neighbors being a good mile away. A long road stretches up to the property, which is surrounded by a tall wall lined with various security cameras to keep tabs on visitors and a lone gate with a checkpoint blocks the access to the property. The guard shack is manned with three armed guards. The mansion itself has bulletproof windows and a state of the art security system which offers a complete view of the property providing an early warning to those inside.

The Rooming House, situated just a few blocks away from the Decker estate, is where most members of La Cosa Nostra, their allies and affiliates make their home. With wide open spaces, plenty of individual bedrooms and everything they could ever need supplied for them by Alanzo Decker himself free of charge, they couldn’t ask for anywhere better.

With 738 acres and 20 miles of trails, the equestrian center is home to equestrian competitions, festivals, and events. The center includes four show rings, 1 Grand Prix ring, 40 acres of grass fields, 196 horse stalls and both jumping and lunging areas.

Loan shark’s office is the last room on the second floor. Killing and intelligence business is also contracted here. The top floor is entirely devoted to the Security of the entire club. The club is open after-hours, and is split into three levels. The first floor houses a bar and dance floor. The backdoor requires an employee ID to unlock from the outside.The entire club has CCTV Cameras to help security manage their job. The backdoor lets out into the alleyway, which provides a nice dark spot for the bouncers to deal with unruly patrons of the club without much trouble. Diva's exclusive light show and extreme sound system will just want to make you dance. The lounge area with comfortable seating and relaxing music is serviced by the wait staff. The second floor is reserved for VIP guests. The way up is blocked by a pair of security guards at all times and if you're not on the VIP list, you're not going to get passed them. The main office soars just below the ceiling and gives a panorama view of the nightclub through a one-way plexiglass window. It is from here that events and special guests are arranged, and also where the staff likes to hang-out during the off-hours.

The local paper has seen known mobsters coming in and enjoying some food and drinks. The stairs in the back of the restaurant leads towards the VIP area upstairs and the office. The doors leading towards the VIP room and the office are made of heavy steel and secured with several deadbolts preventing people from breaking in. The guards won't let anyone pass, no exceptions. The office has full access to the cameras in and around the restaurant. The door to the office is always locked and the curtains are always drawn. The third floor was converted into a separate apartment only accessible through the restaurant.

Security cameras monitor every inch of the club, and the installed sprinkler system may put out a fire no matter where it erupts. Patrons are frisked for weapons before allowed inside. In case of an attack the bullet resistant doors close automatically since they are held back by an electronic lock. The bouncers throughout the place are well-trained and equipped with a handgun as well. This club is also the headquarters for the Blood Angels. During the day, the place is closed for customers but it is open for the BA crew. Through an always guarded armored door near the bar or a reinforced door in the back alley, Blood Angels may access the stairs. The second floor is private for the BA and houses a security suite which monitors all of the cameras, an armory, several storage areas, a sizable office and recreation features such as arcade and video games, a huge television, sound system, pool tables. There are even beds for people to sleep or relax. The same doorway that leads to the second floor is the one you need to go through to get to the cold basement.

The meeting room is where the Club discusses it’s private business. Meetings are held weekly, and are mandatory for all Club members. Failure to attend a meeting, without a legitimate excuse, will result in a hefty fine. There are no taboo topics. Members are allowed, and encouraged, to discuss any and every thing on their mind. Normally the Club discusses membership, Club funds, business opportunities, runs, events, and acts of war. There are four bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom comes complete with a full sized bed, a dresser, small table, and small TV. If a Club member, or a valued friend, needs a place to lay low, or crash for a while, they may stay at the Clubhouse. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a living room and a kitchen. The basement is pretty much empty, with the exception of spare cases and kegs of beer. The Clubhouse is off-limits to civilians, unless they are friends of the Club, or have been invited. Trying to sneak in is useless and dangerous. HD Avigilon series cameras are mounted outside of the building, covering the front and back doors. The Sons monitoring the feed can see, in detail, all vehicles and pedestrians that pass by the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse also has Model BR-8 bullet resistant doors, and Level 8 bullet resistant windows from Armortex, which can survive a barrage of 7.62mm rounds before being damaged.

Past the steel door at the far end of the bar are the stairs. Actually, before them is a small anteroom where two heavily-armed bikers are on constant guard. Everyone that comes through the door has metal-and bug-detecting equipment run over them, and those stupid enough to be wearing the second are pretty much doomed. The radio-equipped mercs will call upstairs for orders and, depending on what management wants, you go up stairs.

The Batcave is a meeting place for the Sons of Chaos who want to party. Here you can listen to thumping beat good rock and metal songs from classics to the latest releases. It's here that the Sons meet to have a beer (the widest selection of imported beers this side of the island). This club was created so that the bikers could have a good time and chill out after a hard day by listening to their favorite music. The Batcave is a true second home for many of the club members. Open practically from dusk till dawn, the club also features the hottest tattooed dancers. With two cages suspended from the ceiling, everyone will get a chance to feast their eyes on the most devilish men and women the club has to offer! In addition to dancers and ear piercing metal, the Batcave offers great drinks, food and entertainment on 4 huge flat screen TVs. Security searches all guests at the entrance. Weapons of any kind are not allowed on property. Any questionable items will be confiscated by security, and will not be returned. No gym shoes, baseball caps or sports attire is allowed, and the rules are strictly enforced. Security will patrol the crowd and look for anyone harassing the dancers, or anyone starting fights. 'Trouble makers' will be thrown out.

Auto repair shop, towing, garage. You get the picture. This shop handles all sorts of automotive needs, electronic, body work, window tints. They get their parts from a local junkyard which helps cuts down the costs of their repairs. At night this place takes a whole new life. The mechanics are paid to work extra long hours because cars stolen are brought in and then stripped, painted, vins are changed to clean ones issued by the DMV. Or stripped for their parts and sold to the highest bidder. Owned and operated by the Sons of Chaos members so if you're a Son, you'll always get a discount here.

Along with the garage, this adult movie studio is one of the only legitimate business enterprises owned by the Sons. They produce movies of all genres featuring male and female adult models of all flavors.

Located only a block away from the clubhouse of the Sons of Chaos MC, this tattoo shop specializes in custom artwork in every form or shape. The shop in the front is decorated as a tattoo and piercing shop, while the garage in the back is equipped as an airbrush studio. The interior of the shop is designed to guarantee a high standard of hygiene and professionalism. To ensure the safety of both customers and staff, a loaded sawn-off shotgun is hidden behind the front desk and can easily be reached by the person standing behind it. Above the shop is a one bedroom apartment, which is used by the Sons of Chaos MC. Club members looking for a place to lay low, or simply crash, may use it. The apartment is also used to store weapons and stolen goods for the Club. A sturdy, locked door and an alarm system prevent wandering customers from ending up into this private domain. There are currently basic security cameras that cover the front and back door, in addition to the lobby and shop. Two Sons are usually milling outside smoking cigarettes in the back with concealed pistols in their waistbands.

A small no-frills grocery store situated off of a deserted road with only two gas pumps outside. The guard is always on his duty, toting a shotgun and keeping his ear to the backdoor just in case anyone should come looking for trouble. There are also cameras all over the place and bulletproof glass around the cashier's desk. The store carries mainly low-spoilage items such as canned goods, dry goods and frozen products. It does carry some cheap, fresh produce, refrigerated items and meats. Aisles are made up of boxes with open containers filled with products. They don't have paper or plastic bags. However, they DO have very low prices and cheap fuel. The place is out of the way and secluded so it's not likely the cops are called. And it's likely you'll be the one in trouble. Caution if you happen to be a new face, you'll be stared down and noticed the moment you walk through the door.

A motel owned and run by the Sons of Chaos, converted to house the majority of club members. There are many separate cottages, so there’s plenty of space for everyone. Some bikers live in groups and others on their own.

Just what the name says it is. They represent law and order even though some cops are dirty and crooked.

This hospital does not have the latest top of the line equipment and the rooms are old and shabby but the staff is caring and dedicated to saving lives, no matter what side their patients are from. Whether you’re on the prowl for a particular medication, or have a broken leg that needs to be looked after, the trained medical staff can assist you in every way possible. Anything from surgeries, to monthly checkups can be performed at this hospital. This hospital is also home to the main and only physician there who handles everything from child sickness to gunshot wounds. There’s only one operating room located right at the back of the building. To gain access, one must either pass the office, or enter through the keypad locked steel back door, which leads into the not so friendly back alley. It is here in the back alley, that certain individuals with enough dough can drag themselves over and get themselves patched up, under the table of course, by the doctor himself. For security purposes, an alarm system has been installed and is run directly to both the Police Department. Upon triggering the alarm, the police arrives in force at the business.
