who is up for override?

i get a lot of questions about if certain people are up for override, and so instead of people having to ask each time they want to join, i figured i'd keep this list here for people to look at and check who is up for override! just so you know, people can be overridden if they're at two weeks and not active. if you're on this list and don't think you should be, comment the screened post and let me know; conversely, if you think someone who is at two weeks has been inactive and should be added to this list, once again comment the screened post! thank you.
