Character History:
Sersi is a fourth generation member of the Eternals, an evolutionary offshoot of the human race diverted from humanity by experiments conducted by the Celestials one million years ago. Sersi is the daughter of the Eternals Helios and Perse, and was probably born in Olympia, Greece, some time after the Great Cataclysm that destroyed the continents of Atlantis and Lemuria, during an extended ice age known as the Hyborean Age. At a young age, Sersi differed from her fellow Eternals in her desire to live amongst humans. While Sersi still had the appearance of a child at this time, she was already thousands of years old.

She became legendary around 1,300 B.C., when the Greek hero Odysseus and his crew, fresh from the Trojan War, came to her island Aeaea. Sersi transformed Odysseus' crewmen into pigs for attempting to menace her. Odysseus, however, managed to ward her off with the aid of the goddess Athena, and Sersi turned his men back to normal. Odysseus spent a year on Aeaea; she also encountered Odysseus' son Telemachus when he came following his father's path. Centuries later, Sersi still considered Telemachus to be the love of her life.

Over the centuries Sersi often interacted with humans, visiting Rome during the reign of Nero, helping Merlin expose an imposter (Merlin Demonspawn) in Camelot, visiting France during the French Revolution, and befriending the English poet Thomas Chatterton.

In modern times, Sersi joined the Avengers after becoming interested in Captain America (Steve Rogers). She continued to flirt with him much to his embarrassment. Eventually, through the years she met and fell in love with Black Knight (Dane Whitman) and formed a Gann Josin; a mental bond with him as her soulmate.

Proctor's manipulations nearly drove Sersi mad as her teammates wondered if she really had become unstable. She eventually killed Proctor with his own Ebony Blade. Fearing that she would go mad, she opted to exile herself, with Whitman accompanying her. They ended up in the Ultraverse.

On their way back, they ended up in the Crusades, seeing the formation of Exodus, a foe they had 'first' met when the Avengers and X-Men clandestinely joined forces to save Luna from Fabian Cortez.
Upon returning to the correct time Sersi and Whitman have had little contact. She has assisted the Avengers on occasion. She stayed on Earth rather than leave as part of the Uni-Mind. When the other remaining Eternals felt they needed to become more involved in the world of humans, she agreed. They portrayed themselves as an everyday superhero team, with Sersi adopting the name of Mesmer.

When recently encountered by other Eternals, Sersi had no recollection of her past activities on Earth and had been spending her time in New York as a party planner. Sersi was later hired by Druig, currently deputy Prime Minister of Vorozheika, to publicize this small former Soviet republic by organizing a party at the Vorozheikan embassy. After the party was attacked by terrorists and prevented by Mark Curry and Iron Man, Stark asked Sersi of about registering, as she was a former Avenger. But, she was confused as to what he was talking about, and Iron Man himself was later dumbfounded as he discovered that there were no files based on Sersi in the Avengers database.

Eventually, Sersi remembered her memories as she and the other Eternals discovered that Sprite was responsible for their memory loss. After the awakening of the Dreaming Celestial, Sersi decided to resume her normal life, wishing to be neither an Eternal, nor lead the life as an Avenger that was offered to her by Tony Stark.

After saving the world with the other Eternals, Sersi returned to New York and continued working as a party planner.

Powers
Sersi is one of the most powerful Earth Eternals. As an Eternal she possesses:

Super Strength: Sersi can bench/press at least 2 tons.

Immortality

Nervous System Control: She can control her nervous system deadening herself to pain, and control certain body functions to work more efficiently than usual.

Superhuman Stamina: Sersi has incredible stamina.

Regenerative Healing Factor: She can heal from nearly all wounds.

Telepathy: Sersi can psychically communicate, read minds, project her thoughts into other people, and is skilled in the use of illusions. Her illusions affect all five senses and are virtually indistinguishable from the 'real thing'.

Telekinesis: She can mentally move and control objects, living creatures, and fly.

Flight: Sersi can fly at high speeds through telekinesis and augment strength by levitating objects

Cosmic Energy Projection: Sersi is able to project blasts of cosmic energy from her hands or eyes. Such blasts are upwards to a few thousand degrees.

Teleportation: She can teleport herself and others across vast distances although doing so is unpleasant for Eternals.

Matter Transmutaion: Sersi is able to transmute nearly any item or being into almost whatever she wishes (she first used this ability to turn a man into a pig). She is 'adept level 5', the highest level an Eternal can reach in such categories.

Abilities
Skilled Fashion Designer: Sersi is an accomplished fashion designer, often using her powers to make changes 'on the fly'.

Skilled Martial Artist: She also is well-versed in martial arts and wrestling.

Graceful Dancer: Sersi is very good at dancing.

Multilingual: She is lingual in many ancient/dead languages.

Plans:
What are your plans for the character? Bill will be trying to get used to living on an alien world while

attempting to ahdere to his own code of honor. Desire to do tangible good may result in him joing a more pro-

active hero group.

How are you planning on working them into the game? Comes to Earth after his battle with Galactus. He runs

into old friends Thor and Sif and asks for advice on how to leave amongst humans.

Is there anything from canon that you plan on changing with that character? Yes. Rather than create a mate

for Bill, Galactus grants Bill a favor that he can cash in an any time.

What sort of plots to do you want to do with this character? Please be as detailed as you wish: Bill still

maintains a desire to do good, but is more fatalistic due to his belief that he failed his species. He still

wishes to help people, but he's having an increasingly hard time trying to care. Also, along the line, it's

discovered that somehow, Surtur has escaped from his battle with Odin and maybe on the road to ressurection.

A confrontaion that would pit Bill against the monster that began the fall of the Korbinite people.

Sample Post:

This was not his world. Bill gazed at the planes before him. These were not his people. He watched the people from his perch in the sky. And yet, this alien world was the closest thing he had to a home now.

"Because I failed," Bill had allowed himself to become enraptured in the battles of Asgard alongside his comrades Thor and the Lady Sif. In truth, he much preferred their couple to that of his own people. There was no disputing it. They were dead due to his negligence. He had tracked their killr, the near-omnipotent Galactus, and had hit upon a strategy that nearly brought doen the Devourer of Worlds. However, as his actions became increasingly vengeful and less noble, he began to lose his connection to his trusted weapon, Stormbreaker. It had woken him up to what he was becoming, and thus he abadoned his quest for vengeance. However, in a twist of cruel irony, Bill found himself saving the murderer of his people from others who had also been wronged by Galactus. It was a bitter pill to swallow. While Galactus had offered him a favor in exchange for his aid, Bill was in no mood to collect on it.

Instead he returned to Earth. He just couldn't find a way to think of the world as home.Still, the planet was full of innocents. Bill had failed his own people, he would not stand idly by as others suffered. And if he died in the service of protecting the innocent, well...perhaps his people would forgive him.

--Being a Secret Avenger, pulling Tony's ass out of the fire when he demands to ride in the "fun-vee" and it backfires on him, kicking ass and taking names. Maybe an eventual choice between friends and country.

How are you planning on working them into the game?
--recruited into the SA (and/or just Iron Man stuff)

Is there anything from canon that you plan on changing with that character?
--Not changes, per say, but there's a good bit of Rhodey's history I simply haven't read. So while I'll be sticking to the big beats, the smaller stuff may get shuffled out.

What sort of plots to do you want to do with this character? Please be as detailed as you wish:

Up for pretty much anything Avengers and/or Stark related. Beyond that, I don't expect to be really running any Rhodey specific plots. He fulfills a supporting role more easily, and I'll probably largely stick to that.

What are your plans for the character? I was thinking of adding her to T'Challa's West Coast Avengers for international intrigue and y'know, everything else mercenary.
How are you planning on working them into the game? Just jumping right in! Spider-Man needs some annoyance, right? There is also whatever is going on with Latveria.
Is there anything from canon that you plan on changing with that character? Not that I'm currently aware of, no. She doesn't show up in canon often, so it makes it easier.
What sort of plots to do you want to do with this character? I'm open but she's mostly suited for mercenary and international politics sorts of plots.
