As one would say her name traditionally, Anezaki Mamori is the team manager for the Deimon Devil Bats, her high school's American Football team. She cooks, cleans, does the laundry, makes Hiruma coffee, uses a broom to protect her comrades from the direct fire of Hiruma's guns, writes plays, analyzes the enemy, and devours an insane amount of cream puffs in one day. She is also in her second year at Deimon High School, in the same class as Hiruma Youichi, and a member of the Disciplinary Committee.

She'd gone into the locker room in an attempt to clean up some horrible smell admitting from Hiruma's locker, when she got sucked into a portal and thrown into a closet in Traverse Town.

Since her arrival in Traverse Town, Mamori has moved from the Inn and into the apartment above the local cafe (which she also owns and manages). She's still painfully ignorant of Sena's identity as Eyesheild 21, but she is aware he is in Traverse Town as both presences.

Sadly, Hiruma disappeared recently, driving Mamori into a bit of depression. Mostly because she had been both loving and dating him before his disappearance.
