It was quite late when Anya entered the penthouse. The door shut behind her and she sighed. It had been a very long day and she still had a few hours of work ahead of her tonight. The penthouse was quiet and dark. Anya wondered where Sarah was for a moment and then figured she was in the gym. Her girlfriend was as much a gym nut as Anya was a workaholic.
Shaking her head, she made her way toward the kitchen. There had to be some leftovers in the fridge and she needed some coffee.
She stopped when she saw the two place settings on the table. For a moment she didn't think much of it, but then she remembered.
Shit. Dammit to Hell.
Today was their anniversary and Anya had completely forgotten about it. They had planned on dinner together and then some quality time. Anya felt like a complete heel and it was time to do some groveling and beg for forgiveness.
She made her way down to the gym.

4. Name one of your fondest childhood memories. Spending time with Dad in the lab and watching old movies with Mom and Misha.

6. Name one of your most embarrassing. The cereal incident. Only because Toni keeps bringing it up.
7. Which parent/adult were you closest to as a small child? Both.
8. What about as a teenager? Dad.
9. Did you ever try drinking, drugs, or both? What all have you tried? Were you ever caught? Drink. No drugs.
10. Did you ever skip school? How frequently? Yes. Quite often.
11. Who was your best friend when you were really small? Toni. We’ve been friends since the day she was born.

13. Did you sleep with stuffed animals? At what age did you stop – if you ever did? Yes. Still do. It’s a small pink teddy bear.

15. Did you ever break your arm or leg and need crutches – or anything similar to that? I had my spine injured and spent time in a wheelchair.

17. How well did you get along with your parents and siblings? Yeah. We’re all crazy and love each other.
18. If you could go back and change one thing about the past, would you? What would you change? The shit with Temujin.
19. What were some of your favorite pranks to pull when you were younger? Did you have any favorite jokes? What made you laugh the most back then? Oh goodness. There were way too many.
20. Did you have any pets? If not, why? If you did, what were they? No because I am allergic to almost anything with fur. Though I did make some pets for myself.

- Purple Man and Alpha Flight
Purple Man broke free during the Raft breakout.
Works his way into the Canadian Parliment and takes over Parliment and the Prime Minster. Prime Minister resigns and Purple Man gets Parliment to make him Prime Minister.
Alpha Flight starts to take action to get Purple Man out of there, but that prompts him to get the government to disband Alpha Flight and brand them outlaws.
Alpha Flight is on the run and has to get Killgrave out of the government.

Small parasitic creature is brought to a planet by a ship that is bringing in goods from an unknown planet. Creature starts infecting people on that planet and quickly spreads to other planets.
Parasite controls the host and induces aggressive tendencies in the host. Parasites are workers, who respond to the orders of a queen. Each cell has a queen who commands all the soldiers.
The spread of the parasites continues until it reaches worlds controlled by the Kree, Skrulls and Shi'ar. The infestation becomes known and the uninfected need to move to stop it. Some of the infected attacking the planets are infected Brood.
Shi'ar, Kree and Skrulls need to work together to stop the spread and find a way to eradicate the parasites. Infected planets need to be cleansed unless a cure or a way to get rid of the parasite is found.

Anya leaned back in the large leather desk chair and rubbed her eyes. She blinked a few times and tried to focus on the clock on the far wall. It was already eight pm and she had been in the office since six am. To say it was a long day was an understatement. Ren Tech ate up almost all of her time and caused a mountain of stress.
She opened the bottom drawer and pulled out a bottle of vodka and a glass. One glass to help her relax and then she'd head home to do some more work before heading to bed. The vodka had become a nightly thing. It helped her relax a bit. Sex did too, but dammit she didn't even have time for that.
She filled the glass and gulped down the clear liquid. It slid easily down her throat and settled in her stomach. Warmth filled her stomach and slowly started to spread outward.

Anya blinked and just looked at Derek. She couldn't have heard that right. He just said he loved her. Her mind had to be playing tricks on her.
It wasn't.
He said he loved her and she was a bit surprised to realize that she loved him too. The two of them had been spending more and more time together over the past few months. It started with an impromptu movie night at the Avengers mansion when Anya was in town. That led to going out to dinner, going to movies, movie nights in, and even going to a few charity events together. Neither had mentioned officially dating, but they didn't have to. It was a silent understanding between them.
Now here he was professing his love.
Anya smiled and leaned over to kiss him.

"Freedom's just another word for nothing left to lose," Anya sang as she worked on upgrading a few processors in the mainframe. She was half in the console and her feet that were sticking out were tapping to the music. Anya was working so of course Janis Joplin was playing. Loudly.
She had been meaning to get to these upgrades, but Ren Tech had been taking up the majority of her time along with her team. A relatively free weekend meant that she flew down to New York to see her family and do these upgrades to the Avengers computer. Dad could have done it, but Anya wanted the chance to do it and come down to New York. She loved Boston, but New York would always be home.
"Hey, feeling good was good enough for me, hmm hmm, good enough for me and my Bobby McGee...."

The Thunderbolts had been getting a good rep in Cambridge and Boston. Crime had gone down in central Cambridge and the Boston area with the new superhero team living there. The Thunderbolts had been keeping pretty busy cleaning up some crime and so far most of it had been minor normal stuff.
Anya had been keeping busy with school and the team. Life had settled into a routine and Anya didn't mind so much. It helped keep her mind off of Steve being missing. She still missed him and nothing would change that until he returned home.
She was currently doing monitoring duties while she was working on some homework. Multitasking at its best. The computer beeped with an incoming message. Anya looked away from her laptop and opened the message. It was for Iron Girl and a request to meet.
Anya was curious and suspicious at the same time.
Curious won out and she sent a reply to meet on the Esplanade near the Harvard Boat House in twenty minutes.
Anya left the Thunderbolts a message (just in case) and donned her suit. Ten minutes later she blasted off and flew the short distance to the meeting place.

Dear Grandfather Frost,
I can't exactly say that I've been good this year, but I've tried my hardest to be. That being said, I would like the following:
For me - more time with Steve and not to do really stupid things.
For Dad - to finish healing and get his company back.
For Mom - to be happy.
For Prince Dork - to be happy and find a girl that he deserves. Take that as you will.
For Eliza - find someone special and to be happy
For James - to find a girlfriend. Well first he'd have to realize that girls exist.
For Toni - to continue to be her awesome self and be happy.
For Steve - whatever he wants because he is so awesome
For the Avengers - Continue to kick ass and always stick together.
For Temujin - to fall into a bottomless hole
