I just...I need to say this. For everyone's good.
If you are applying for a character whose concept specifies that she is a working model in New York City. Please. For the love of god. Please. Do not say that said character. Is 4'11".
The industry. Is fucking. BASED ON HEIGHT. Seriously. It is the one most basic requirement of modeling. Ugly tall girls can get modeling work. Gorgeous short girls cannot. It is a fact. 5'8" is considered SHORT by industry standards. At 5'6" you are considered LUCKY if you get any work at all, and there's almost no chance you'll be walking the runways, and sustaining a modeling career when you can't book shows is nigh-impossible.
If you were to walk into an agency standing at 4'11", you'd be laughed out of the damn building, I don't care what your damn face looks like.
IT'S CALLED BASIC RESEARCH INTO THE MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS OF YOUR CHARACTER'S SUPPOSED CAREER. It's like having a character who dropped out of high school at 16 performing surgery. Just not going to effing happen.
Incidentally, you also shouldn't take an app that has already been rejected twice, wait three months, and then resubmit it. Because like...we're not dumb. It's exactly the same. We recognize it. We still have all the objections that we did before. And now we're kind of ticked off that you think we're idiots who won't notice. I mean, for the love of god, c-p the app into a new damn post at the very least so it's not TIME-STAMPED FROM JULY.
Jesus. I have gotten apps from LAMBY that have pissed me off less.
