Alice Burdeu is basically living proof that ANTM has the potential to be a viable force in the industry, if and only if Tyra Banks has nothing to do with the decision making. I find that lolarious. Plus she's a red head. So there's that. Unfortunately, she never smiles, and I think there's something vaguely terrifying about her face, but...yeah.
