For the record, I cannot stand Callie O'Malley. My hatred is virulent and rabid. I want her to die a fiery death of pain and torture. Excuse me, Calliope, but you do not naked-pee in front of the your new boyfriend's roommates and then get all emo about the fact that they think you're weird. Normal people do not walk around other people's houses IN THE NUDE and then PISS IN FRONT OF THEM, all right? GOD. SHUT UP.
Ahem. My point is, however, that Sara Ramirez is one of the very few actresses I can seperate from the character (to continue using Grey's as an example, I will forever believe that Ellen Pompeo is whiny as all hell and that Sandra Oh is bristly and sarcastic and amazingly kick-ass in everything she does.) Because I think Ramirez is Hot Stuff. Sure, she's built like the slightly-draggy offspring of a linebacker and a tank, but the really gorgeous slightly draggy oppspring of a linebacker and a tank! I mean, the lady works it, and I respect that. Plus, she must play her character well for me to hate her so much that I almost want Izzie and George to have more sex despite the weirdly Flowers In The Attic vibe that comes offa that ship.
