Physical description (face, build, weight): Lee is 6'1" and 185 lbs. He has blond hair and blue eyes. Lee also has a dragon shaped birthmark on his back.

Abilities:
Swordmanship: Lee was trained by his father in how to use a sword just like an Arthurian Knight. Lee has been give a magic sword by Merlin that is indestructible and capable of channeling his fire power allowing him to turn it into a fiery sword if he wants to.
Horsemanship: Lee is an accomplished horseman though he does not get to use this skill as much as he would like too.
Skilled Motorcycle Rider: Since it's not practical for him to use a horse in fights since he lacks horse like his father's winged Victory Lee got himself trained my Vigilatte in how to ride and use a motorcycle.
Pyrokenetic: Lee has the ability to manifest magical flames on his forearms and hands without burning anything he's wearing. He can create blasts of fire from his hands as well.
Fire and Heat Immunities: Lee is completely immune to the effects of heat and fire as is whatever he wears. He can also absorb nearby fire and heat into his body.
Weaknesses and flaws: Lee is for the most part a normal human and has the weaknesses that come with that.

Backstory: Lee was just a tiny baby barely a month old when his mother was killed by the Dragon King and his father disappeared lost in time leaving him with no family. He would have been given over to child services but an old friend of his father's Merlin took pity on the little baby and decided to help. Using some of his most powerful magics to send the Lee through time and space to a time when his father would be able to raise his son.
Justin raised his son in the ways of knightly chivalry and honor but also making sure his son would be able to fit better with the times than he did though hopeful without the a thousand years of moral decay.
Justin also made sure his son could use a sword to fight and defend the innocent.
Lee fancies himself a modern day knight who does his best to defend the innocent and the helpless. He joined up with the JSA to accomplish that.
During one of their missions Lee saved an old man with considerable risk to himself. The old man turned out to be Merlin who in turn gave him a magical sword to help him out.
How do you plan to introduce the character to the game?: As a member of the JSA.
What are you planning to do with this character?: JSA stuff. Some magic related stuff.
What do you want to see happen with this character?: Deal with the challenges of older morals in the modern age and weather the two can coexist together or tear each other apart. I would love to do a seven soldiers of victory plot with him at some point.
Sample Post:
Swords clashed back and forth in the training room of Sir Justin's home. Lee pressed his attack on his father while Justin parried the strike. This was a regular thing between the two of them. Battles of swordsmanship was a lot of fun for them since they were both pretty much equals now. Lee was younger and very skilled. Justin was extremely experienced but getting older.
There was a smile on both their smiles as Justin took the offensive now in the fight.
"Very good you almost had me there," Justin says impressed.
"Thanks," Lee says, "Though it feels like you are just letting me in there."
Lee used a defensive spin to turn the the attack onto his father striking back against him. Justin managed to block the blow just barely.

Name: James Burnman- Dragon King

History: The younger child of the original Dragon King James inherited his fathers empire after his father's final defeat. James has since taken to working in secret trying to rebuilt the strength and legacy of his father. He had been working tirelessly in this effort fusing his skill with science especially genetics and his skill with magic to make an army worthy of the name Dragon King
Abilities: James is a brilliant scientific mind and is an expert in Genetics. James is also highly skilled in the use of magic though typically only uses it to further his scientific ends. James can fight fairly well if he has to but he prefers to let others do that or use his inventions.
Name: Cindy Burman- Shiv

History: The first child of the Orignal Dragon King Shiv was supposed to be his heir but when she couldn't handle the pressure she was being put under by her father's need for perfection and never failing she snapped going insane. Following her last defeat by Stargirl she was putting in a supporting role for her brother which works better for her allowing her to fill her need for blood. She wants nothing more than to kill then entire Dugan family for what happened to her and her father but will just as happily take down a member of the JSA.
Abilities: Cindy has a smart tactical mind though her insanity and obsession can sometimes get in the way of that. Cindy has been altered with cybernetics giving her superhuman strength, speed, durability, and agility. She can also turn her hands into blades of steel. She is extremely dangerous in hand to hand combat and well trained in it's use.
Name: Lizardmen

History: The epitome of James research his Lizardmen are humans he has altered with magic and science turning them into half Lizard half man. There are several breeds of these creatures that he has created and uses for his own ends.
Abilities: A basic Lizardman has superhuman strength, agility, durability and razor sharp teeth and talons. Some variants can breath fire, have feathery wings they can use to fly, spit acid, or have some of their basic abilities heightened.
Name: Minions

History: Basically human members of the Black Dragon Society. They are fanatically devoted to the Dragon King and will do almost anything for him.
Abilities: These are basically your standard villain minions. By themselves not dangerous to a hero but can be tough in numbers.
