I might go to that fancy little shindig this year, provided that Miss Eberlee might feel so inclined as to accompany me. It's still going to happen, right? I've been hearing about it, but not nearly as much as I usually do, probably due to all of this Ministry bullshit. Guess we'll see.

As it turns out, it seems that I have a niece that I never knew about. I don't know precisely her age, but she's a seventh year at Hogwarts this year. Her name is Rosamund Wyndham. The name was basically all that I could ~~beat~~ get out of the smarmy bastard.

The ingenuity of recent contraptions are nothing short of, or are at least, amusing. It's a shame, though, that most occupy so much of their time sitting about with their quill in hand. There's got to be something better for the lot of you to do, right?
