Hey. Name's Oz. Daniel to my family -- 'Oz' comes from my last name, Osbourne. It's pretty much been my name since middle school, though. Even teachers called me Oz.
I used to play in a band back in Sunnydale, California. Dingoes Ate My Baby. We were okay, I guess. Sucked a little, but not too much. I hear they're still going -- got a new guitarist -- but never really made it past the LA scene. Not that they'd have done any better if I'd stayed. I'm not bad, maybe even good, but I'm no Jimi Hendrix.
I still play guitar, though. Managed to trade a few hours' labor at the docks for an old acoustic. Then I had to spend almost a week's pay from the shop on new strings, but it was worth it. Nothing like a bit of "Bad Moon Rising" for some irony every month.
Oh, yeah, and I'm a werewolf. Got out of the habit of turning all hairy once a month, thanks to a bit of chanting and some nasty herbs, but still got those heightened senses and a fondness for extra rare steaks. Hope that's cool. |
