It's 2013, and the halls of Allegro School of Music are filled with sounds of diva sopranos, angry-sounding pianos, quick strings, and the beginnings of very odd compositions. This is a normal day at this small Illinois school, almost as prestigious as Julliard School of Music. On the floor below, ballet dancers tiptoe their way across the studio to the tranquil sounds of Chopin. In the auditorium, the theatre majors practice with gusto Shakespeare's most beloved works on the stage.
Something, though, is rather strange. All of these students are in love with Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Romantic, Modern and Post-Modern composers, but what they may or may not know is that in a past life, they were these composers. Now the students of Allegro live the composer's stories, taking on the competitive world of a music, dance or theatre major.
