My family's already been informed, but I wanted to make a more personal announcement before the media got to it. I've decided to step down as captain of the Chudley Cannons and seek new opportunities in the North American Quidditch League, more specifically: I've accepted an offer from the Moose Jaw Meteorites, in Canada, and I've decided to play for them.
I'm not going to lie and say that recent events haven't spurred this decision, but I have been following the NAQL for a very long time, and they have approached me many times before these season. There's just nothing to stay for any-- I don't want anyone to think I'm jumping into something without really thinking about it--because I have. And I need to get away you understand don't you-- It's a great opportunity that I think will She wanted to go too, you know, she said--after the war we should go-- be very rewarding.
So--I don't really know what else to say other than I want to thank everyone for their support, especially my family who's never failed to be there for me. I leave tonight if-- Thanks for everything.
