It started as a normal day, but that didn't last too long. All of the items that were controlled by a computer went out of control. That included any robots in the area. They took to the streets.

Dex was out getting some fresh air. He had been spending too much time inside and sitting on the couch. He needed to get out a bit, get some sun and get some coffee. Coffee was second in his book only after beer. Earthling had so many interesting beverages and food. Dex loved trying them all.

A lot could change in a short period of time. Dex had been kicked out of the Green Lanten Corps and had to give up his ring. He had been returned to Earth and without his ring he left the YJLA. He still fought in underground fighting matches, but lately he had been on a losing streak. Enough that he couldn't afford his rent and was now living on the street.
He pulled the heavy coat tighter around him. The winter air was cold and the wind made it bitter cold.
