Ah, well. An end to another decent season. We certainly have our share of problematic areas to work on for next season, but making it to the semi-finals is not an accomplishment I'd deem as "disappointing". The Tornadoes were by no means a weak competitor in this season.

Harpies and the United will be a great match-up later today. I wish both teams the best of luck. I'll be pulling for the Harpies, myself. I'd like to see them go all-the-way this year.

I've realized something in the past few weeks, though. I feel like I'm the old bloke, now, with both of my brothers retired from the game; even if I'm not the oldest player on my team let alone in the league. Still, makes me wonder if I should look ahead to the next five years and plan some sort of retirement. I don't want it to be abrupt but I also want it to be definite so I can move onto the next chapter of my life and all that rot.
