Personality: Billy's the kid in high school you'll never forget, but for what reason exactly, you're never quite too sure. He's certainly memorable, but for no particular reason. He's not devastatingly handsome (except when you ask him), he's not incredibly intelligent (except when you believe him), and he's not the spawn of someone who's saved the world (yeah that's right Al HE SAID IT). All in all Billy is as average as average can be, but he's totally fine with that. He's probably the only person in school who's completely content with who he is and how he is, and he thinks that's pretty damn cool.
Major Details: can play most instruments, even the ones you have a hard time pronouncing, but he mostly sticks to the guitar because the chicks seem to like it better. Preaches a lot about keeping "Zen" but it's not the standard sort of Zen, and half the time even he's convinced he's making it up. Still, doesn’t mean he doesn't make sense.
