Rowan Cabot is one of Meka's best friends. They have a lot in common including their interest in books, puzzles, and battleship. Meka feels entirely comfortable around Ro and spends more time with her than she does with her own family.

Seraphim Donnelly-Rousseau is Meka's room mate and one of her best friends. They get along really well and she's one of the people Meka feels entirely comfortable around. Meka tries to get Sera to break a few more rules. They help each other stay on schedule and stay sane at the same time.

Benjamin Redd. Meka really likes Ben, he's an interesting person and not just some faker, they have a similar sense of humor. She has a super secret crush on him that's not so super secret.

More often then not she can be found with her hands on her hips and pulling out Keegan's full name. She's not too hard on him when it comes to smoking though since she is a chain smoker herself.

Avoiding

Sim Buford, while completely wasted at the New Years Eve party, Meka hooked up with Sim and lost her virginity to him. She has been steering clear of him ever since as she feels incredibly awkward and regretful about how the night ended.

Gregoire Leclaire, not only did he make her cry, he now knows her super secret crush on Ben AND it's likely that he knows about Sim. Meka would rather hide behind a tree than have to look this kid in the face.
