If you ever, for any reason, need to contact the Masenshi, this is where you can do it. You will never know who responds to you here, and all threads are locked and private. They will, however, know exactly who you are. You cannot be anonymous. Any anonymous comments will be ignored, because of security issues. Because how easy would it be for a blond to set up some big request then catch the members? Exactly.

Now what you can ask them to do for you... well, just about anything. Need someone killed? Hurt? Threatened? Pizza delivery? Drugs, please? Leave a message and state the details with your request, and one of the Masenshi members will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you ever meet any of the members, it will be Madara under the guise of Tobi, though only if you have a very specific and detailed (and expensive) request. Transactions are all done online, and it's not likely you'll ever know what any members look like. They keep it all very secret, and very professional. You'll be given a price based off what you want, when you want it, and who it involves (if applicable.) No prices are set in stone, but you can be assured they won't do anything for pocket change.

Furthermore, this post can only be seen by dirt-hairs. It's part of the network held privately between members of the third district. If you are a brunette who needs to get in contact with the Masenshi, you'll need to do it through a dirt-hair. If you're a blond, then you can go fuck yourself. :D
