Wanna know what seriously sucks? Craving ice cream in the middle of the night, only to open the fridge to find that you have no more. Lame.

I snuck into the theatre invisible today...and then about ten seconds later I snuck back out.

Clearly I'm a pansy, but I guess I can say I've snuck into a theatre now.

I should have stuck around long enough to get popcorn. It smelled pretty darn amazing. Oh well. Fun times.

As of 6:25am, I have been awake for a full 24 hours. Why? I don't know. I do know that I need to take myself to bed before I start tweaking out.

Ricky, are you doing anything today?

Work really frickin' sucked today.

I feel like a person's logic goes completely warped when they step into the grocery store. It's just, some of the things that people do there just don't make sense, and I wonder if they realize how dumb it was before or after the fact. Either way, it makes me want to throw things.

Like today, for instance, this woman comes up with her cart filled with a mountain of food. It's whatever. But as I was ringing things up, she would suddenly be like, "Oh! Oh, I don't want that, don't ring that, ha ha thanks." One or two things, sure, it's not a big deal. But when my workspace looks like I'm stocking up for an upcoming famine...ha ha no! What the hell!

Seriously, if you didn't want it, why the eff did you pick it up in the first place? And if you know you're prone to changing your mind, then maybe you shouldn't shop out the whole damn store, because in the end, you're gonna walk out with less than half of what you came up with anyway and one of us is gonna have to put every single "I don't want that" item back. It's a pain in the ass, is all I'm saying.

So yeah. My feathers got a little ruffled by that, but I'm okay now. Thank god it's Friday. I...wanna go swimming.
Cleaned around the apartment today, went grocery shopping...it's kind of weird now, going to my workplace when I'm not working. I go in there and I suddenly feel like I should go hop over at a register or something. Yeah. I don't know how I feel about that.

Your party = FUN TIMES. Thank you for inviting me, you crazy girl you.

OH! OH! AND GUESS WHAT. GUESS IT. GUESS IT RIGHT NOW.

"I'd like to take a bite out of that apple."

...how do you seriously respond to that?

"Oh, come here big boy, come have a taste of this sweet thang." Are you kidding me?

I don't want to be hit with outdated pick-up lines by old geezers who probably can't even bite into an apple without damaging their dentures! And honestly? I'm not going to swoon, my heart isn't going to go all a-flutter, I'm not going to jump over the counter, ravish you, and make you my Sugadaddy! I'm going to laugh in your face and then refer you to the fruit section because hey--we have every fucking apple you can think of, I'm sure you'll find one that tickles your fancy.

Just because you're a senile old crabcake, doesn't mean it's okay to be a pervert.

And that is my rant for the day. Thank you for reading.

Mini App.

Mini-Application/Introduction

Full Name: Nicole Raquel Ramsey
Age: 20
Occupation: Cashier at the Island Market Grocery Store, local dog-sitter.
Status: Single
Affiliation: …None?
Power: Invisibility
Favorite Color: Purple!
Preferred Type of Toothpaste: The cinnamon kind with the little mint crystals. She likes that extra Ka-POW burst of freshness, I guess.

Family:
- Mother: Linda Joanne Ramsey nee Preston (43 years old)
- Father: Eric Nathaniel Ramsey (45 years old)
- Brother: Jace Ramsey (16 years old)
- Grandmother: Barbara May Johansson (65 years old)

Brief History:
Nicole was the firstborn of Linda and Eric Ramsey. While Eric, a warranted employee of the Charleston County police force (which is just a fancy schmancy way of saying that he’s a policeman), spent more time out of the house than in it, Linda remained a stay-at-home mom and took care of their daughter, with the frequent help of Grandma Barbara, whom she instantly grew attached to. That’s not to say Eric wasn’t a good father, he devoted to her every single second that his job didn’t have a grasp on, but having not been there as much, Nicole grew closer to her mother, naturally.

Roughly around the age of four her mother gave birth to a son, Jace. Nicole didn’t warm up to him so quickly, in fact, it took a good two years to accept him into the family, but that was only because he left her with no choice--the boy just wouldn’t leave her hip! Needless to say, they grew up close as well.

She studied at Wando High School and was an outstanding student. With a strict father working for the police department, she wasn’t left with much room to screw up or get into any trouble. At times it was overbearing having a dad who had eyes EVERYWHERE, because hot damn was it tempting to have a taste of alcohol or pop a pill, but she kept her nose clean and instead devoted her free time painting or volunteering at the nearby pet store. Nicole got her first job there, actually, taking care of the animals, and then she branched out and started a small dog-sitting job, which she’s still currently running. It puts a little bit of money in her pocket, but mostly Nicole does it for her fun.

After graduation, she considered college, but with no clue as to what she wanted to do, she opted to take time off. Of course, her father was the most displeased, but he came to accept her decision, even if it kind of irked him inside. But with her dog-sitting business a cashier position at the Island Market Grocery store, it wasn’t like she was just sitting at home doing nothing. By the time she was nineteen, she found an affordable apartment nearby, thrilled for the freedom. Technically she hasn’t done anything outrageous (in a way she’s still a little scared that her dad would find out), but she’s just happy to have the option to do whatever she wants.

Brief Description of Power Capabilities:
Invisibility - the ability to render the user unseen to the naked eye. Nicole can technically go invisible at her leisure, and make others invisible by her touch, but she hasn’t quite mastered it all yet--though she is almost there. She’s more successful than not, but when she’s not, a body part could essentially be left out during transformation. This mostly occurs when she isn’t focused enough, or lacks the energy. It should also be said that when strong enough, she's capable of producing an invisible shield of energy that acts as an offensive of defensive mechanism. Of course, Nicole doesn't know she can do this yet.

DISCLAIMER: Not Becky Lou Filip. Not for profit. Not for anything really, except RP fun, mmkay? Please don't sue, I gots no money.
