Oh isn't it a wonderful time of year?!

I mean Christmas is probally the best time of the year. Everybody is just so happy, and the atmosphere is lovely!

What is everybody up to these hols? ? I think Mum and Dad are taking Dylan and I over to see Nan and Pop again. It’s such a shock when we go over there, I mean we board the plane and it’s snowing, get off and you almost melt from the heat! It’s so beautiful though; Australia has the nicest weather, and the nicest people. Not to mention the beaches, they are divine!

Ooh. I can't wait till Christmas! What does everybody want? If you can't think of anything, I'll try to get everybody something that they'll like.. But if you do want something, don't hesitate to tell me!

Hannah Dominique Abbott was born on May 9th 1980 to Marcus Abbott and Dominique-Esposito Abbott. She arrived into the world at 2:37am, after a relatively easy labour and birth. As Marcus took one look at his baby girl, he proudly announced that she should be called Dominique, after her Mother. Dominique protested, she had always though her name was too fancy. They finally settles on Hannah Dominique. The young couple already had a little boy, Dylan Abbott, who was also delighted at the fact of having a younger sister.

Hannah was born into a happy, well-balanced family. Marcus worked as a personal finance representative, helping wealthy witches and wizards manage their finances. Dominique had a studio at home where she designed and created her own range of dress robes. The two had met just after finishing school, while Dominique was travelling. She had met Marcus in Queensland, Australia at a popular wizard bar. The two were hit it off immediately and started a whirlwind romance. The pair were both muggle-born, and was something that they both embraced. Marcus was so taken with Dominique, he decided to accompany for the duration of the rest of her travels.

As the three-month period drew to an end, it was obvious that the two were in love. While Dominique returned to her home in Liverpool, Marcus knew what he had to do. He went home, packed his bags, said a teary goodbye to his parents and set off to Liverpool to spend the rest of his days with the love of his life. Marcus turned up two days later on Dominique’s doorstep, on one knee, asking her to marry him. A surprised yet delighted Dominique accepted, and still to this day she maintains that it was the best decision she ever made

Hannah and Dylan both grew up in nice house in a good suburb of Liverpool. There was never any shortage of love in their house, and the Abbott family took many family holidays together. Both Dominique and Marcus made sure that they’re children knew about the muggle world, wanting them to have the best of the wizarding and muggle world. Hannah and her brother spent many happy summers with their grandparents in Australia.. These holidays always included many lazy days on the beautiful beaches and plenty of trips to the local muggle theme parks.

From the moment Dylan was sent his Hogwarts letter, Hannah had always looked forward to attending Hogwarts. On her 11th birthday she was ecstatic when she received an acceptance letter. She started school, fresh faced and ready for anything.

Upon arriving at Hogwarts, Hannah immediately made friends with Ernie Macmillan, the two sharing a love of collecting chocolate frog cards. The two hit it off, and were both sorted into Hufflepuff. This excited Hannah, as she had always wanted to be placed in Hufflepuff.

As her school years went by, Hannah threw herself into her schoolwork. She still maintained her happy personality, but she always put her schoolwork first and took all assignments very seriously. In Hannah’s second year, she was convinced that Harry was the Heir of Slytherin, as all the facts pointed to it. She was however, shocked, as she had always thought that Harry was such a nice boy. Hannah was soon humbled when she found out the truth.

Although a sensible girl, Hannah often got carried away with her own imagination. In her third year, she was sure that Sirius Black could turn into a flowering shrub, and that Flitch was actually a powerful evil wizard. Of course, all of these were proved wrong. At this point, Hannah felt extremely stupid, and she vowed to herself, that she would never jump to conclusions ever again.

As her school years went by, Hannah developed strong friendships with her housemates. She was known to be fiercely loyal, and a trusting friend. In her fourth year, she was among the few that sported the “Support Cedric Diggory” badges during the Triwizard Tournament. Hannah never had anything against Harry, but she felt obliged to Cedric to wear one, mainly to promote house spirit.

In her 5th year, the stress of O.W.Ls left Hannah in a rather distressed state, and was the first of her year to crack under pressure. She broke down crying in herbology, claiming that she was to stupid to take her exams. Hannah was quickly sent off to Madame Pomfrey, and although she was giving a calming draught, nothing could cure her embarrassment. Hannah faced embarrassment again when she accidentally changed a ferret into a flock of flamingos in her Transfiguration practical. Although embarrassed, Hannah did manage to find the funny side of it all.

Apart from such incidents, Hannah has lead a happy life at Hogwarts. She’s on friendly terms with most students, but does not have time for those who don’t have time for her. She loves her prefect duties, and has been one for 2 years running. Her 7th year has been her favourite so far, she enjoys all the subjects she’s taking and is relishing the fact that in under a year she can get out into the real world.

APPEARANCE.

Hannah is blessed with a lean body, and she is usually sporting a healthy tan from all her summers in Australia. She has long blond hair which she normally wears wavy. Her eyes are a pretty shade of amber but they do change to hazel sometimes. Hannah has a very distinct dress sense; she loves any thing flowy and classy. She’s got a trunk full of accessories, but she loves her sunglasses the best.

PERSONALiTY.

Hannah has always been a bubbly person and seems to attract people wherever she goes. She however isn’t OVER friendly and keeps to people within her social circle. You wouldn’t catch Hannah dead trying to make best friends with a Slytherin, or any obnoxious person for that fact. She doesn’t see the point in talking to people who have no time or respect for her. She’s always up for conversation with anyone and she loves meeting new people.

Even though she comes across as bright and bubbly, Hannah is a generally reserved person, she hardly ever oversteps her boundaries. She keeps her opinions to herself, as she has no desire about fighting over such petty things. Hannah is the type of girl who, from the minute you meet, is silently analysing every aspect about you. She doesn’t do it intentionally, but she always finds herself curious about those around her.

Hannah’s strongest trait would be her loyalty. She loves her friends with everything she has, and would do anything to protect/help them. She’s also a very empathetic/sympathetic person, which sometimes bothers her. If someone she doesn’t like is having a bad day; she finds it impossible to gain pleasure from their pain as she always puts herself in their position.

Hannah loves giving people gifts, it cheers her up and she loves the feeling of giving. She’ll often make or buy little trinkets to give to her friends. She has a natural talent of knowing what to do or say when someone is down, thus making her the girl everyone goes to when they have problems. Hannah doesn’t mind this in the slightest, she’s always happy to help someone when in need.

MiSCELLANEOUS.

STRENGTHS&WEAKNESSES;: Hannah works hard, and studies hard for her grades. She’s always reliable and is probably the best person ever for advice. She is however a little too trusting and susceptible to getting hurt easily.

HABiTS/QUIRKS;: She still sleeps with a teddy bear. Hannah also has very small, neat writing and her book work is very meticulous.

FRiENDS&ENEMiES;: Hannah has quite a few friends ranging from most houses. She’s fun and loveable so she’s always making friends. Ernie Macmillan is her best friend as well as other Hufflepuffs.

LiKES/DiSLiKES; Fresh fruit. Hannah loves fresh fruit. Also the sun, sand and beach. She hates people who don’t have open minds and people who judge too quickly.
