68.99.196.208 is the IP address for my home internet connection.
207.224.161.193 is the IP address for the Wi-Fi internet access points at my local mall, Metrocenter Mall.
148.167.126.211 and 148.167.126.212 (as well as variants of them) are the IP addresses for my local public library.

Oh, and if anyone even THINKS of trying to comment anonymously to bash me, just TRY getting past the IP logging AND the CAPTCHAs. I fucking DARE you.
