It really doesn't. After that first pint drinking becomes the most boring thing in the world. And sleep becomes the most exciting. I guess I'm lucky, I'll never turn into an alcoholic.
I could give up tea too, truth be told, but not while my sleeping hours are so fucked up. Anyway GT's Kombucha > tea > booze.
