Vanderbilt wide receiver Jordan Matthews literally played his guts out on Thursday night.
The senior receiver caught 10 passes for 178 yards and a touchdown in Vandy s 39-35 loss to Ole Miss. The kid played with so much heart that he stayed in the game even after taking a nasty hit that made him throw up late in the fourth quarter.
Matthews caught a 12-yard pass going across the middle for a first down.
