    <content type="html">I'm two days late but I'm here!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm just going to weigh myself once a month I guess. I haven't decided fully yet. It doesn't really matter as long as I don't weigh myself everyday. I think that's kind of unhealthy. You can be 120 in the morning then 123 that same night.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food: 2/2&lt;br /&gt;Water: 1/2&lt;br /&gt;Exercise: 2/2&lt;br /&gt;Post: 2/2&lt;br /&gt;SEC: 2/2 - I went to a Be Nice team meeting today at school.&lt;br /&gt;1/?/9&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I exercised for an hour today. I was going to skip it &amp; just go to bed but I made myself. I got really into it. I don't know why I act all lazy when I actually feel so good when I'm working out.</content>

Probably got 1 - 3 more round(s) to go.. After not really exercising for a couple of days &amp; my muscles relaxing, my ass is sore. This month (November) I was planing to be back to my home-point weight. The weight I was when I was happy with life &amp; okay with my body. But that's not until Thanksgiving. I can't wait until I fit into my favorite pants again!</content>
