So yeah I woke up this morning in a panic because I forgot yesterday was Friday. Don't ask how I have no idea. I blame the Holidays really shopping makes me stupid.

Anyway I'll give you all till Saturday at noon to get icons in this week because of my mistake.

Your theme this week is: Quotations just put a quote in your icon from a movie, book, tv show, famous person anything.

Your lyrics are behind the cut you know what to do. Use at least two consectutive words.

Now we’re broken on the floor,
She just wants me to share her.
It hasn’t been this way before,
She just wants me to dare her.

The phone rings (The phone rings),
And she screams:
"Stab my back,
It’s better when I bleed for you.
Walk on me,
There never was enough to do."

I can’t get past her,
Falling faster,
It's true.
It hasn’t done a lot for you.

And every time he held you close,
Yeah, were you thinking of me?
When I needed you the most,
Well I hope that you’re happy.

The phone rings (The phone rings),
When she screams:
"Stab my back,
It’s better when I bleed for you.
Walk on me,
There never was enough to do."

I can’t get past her,
Falling faster,
It's true.
It’s better when I bleed for you.

[INSTRUMENTAL SOLO]

I hope that love he gave you,
Was just enough to save you.
You nearly broke my heart,
Just look at what you’re tearing apart!

Stab my back,
It’s better when I bleed for you.
Walk on me,
There never was enough to do.

I can’t get past her,
Falling faster,
It's true.
It hasn’t done a lot for you.

It’s better when I bleed for you.
It never was enough to do.
It hasn’t done a lot for you.

Theme

2010-11-27T04:11:13Z

Word theme: CRYING
Song theme: Kansas - Carry On Wayward Son

Yeah lol I've been watching Supernatural so enjoy the song |D. Follow the rules, etc.

Carry on my wayward son,
There'll be peace when you are done
Lay your weary head to rest
Don't you cry no more

Once I rose above the noise and confusion
Just to get a glimpse beyond this illusion
I was soaring ever higher, but I flew too high
Though my eyes could see I still was a blind man
Though my mind could think I still was a mad man
I hear the voices when I'm dreamin', I can hear them say:

Carry on my wayward son,
There'll be peace when you are done
Lay your weary head to rest
Don't you cry no more

Masquerading as a man with a reason
My charade is the event of the season
And if I claim to be a wise man, it surely means that I don't know
On a stormy sea of moving emotion
Tossed about I'm like a ship on the ocean
I set a course for winds of fortune, but I hear the voices say:

Carry on my wayward son,
There'll be peace when you are done
Lay your weary head to rest
Don't you cry no more NO!

Carry on, you will always remember
Carry on, nothing equals the splendor
Now your life's no longer empty
Surely heaven waits for you

Carry on my wayward son,
There'll be peace when you are done
Lay your weary head to rest
Don't you cry
Don't you cry no more

Many have called but the chosen is you
Whatever you want shawty I'll give it to you

Your world is my world

(Girl, I love, girl I love you)

I'ma tell you one time
(Girl, I love, girl I love you)

She's got everything I need
And I'ma tell her one time
Give you everything you need down to my last dime

Right by your side
'Cause she is the one

And girl you're my one love, my one heart
My one life for sure
Let me tell you one time

Word theme: Flowers. Interpret however.
Song: Staind - "Outside"

You guys know the rules, right? /lazy

And you
you bring me to my knees
Again
All the times
That I could beg you please
In vain
All the times
That I felt insecure
For you
and I leave
My burdens at the door

But I'm on the outside
And I'm looking in
I can see through you
See your true colors
'Cause inside you're ugly
You're ugly like me
I can see through you
See to the real you

All the times
That I felt like this won't end
It's for you
And I taste
What I could never have
It was from you
All the times
That I've tried
My intentions
Full of pride
But I waste
More time than anyone

But I'm on the outside
And I'm looking in
I can see through you
See your true colors
'Cause inside you're ugly
You're ugly like me
I can see through you
See to the real you

All the times
That I've cried
All this wasted
It's all inside
And I feel
All this pain
Stuffed it down
It's back again
And I lie
Here in bed
All alone
I can't mend
But I feel
Tomorrow will be OK

But I'm on the outside
And I'm looking in
I can see through you
See your true colors
'Cause inside you're ugly
You're ugly like me
I can see through you
See to the real you

Week 73: Theme

2010-10-30T04:29:06Z

Okay here is your theme. You all know how this goes. Word and lyrics you can pick one or the other or both to make two icons for this screened post by next Friday at 11pm EST.

Your word theme is going to be: Main Characters your subject must be a main character in the series you create an icon from.

Lyrics:

Paper bags and plastic hearts
All are belongings in shopping carts
It's goodbye
But we got one more night
Let's get drunk and ride around
And make peace with an empty town
We can make it right

Throw it away
Forget yesterday
We'll make the great escape
We won't hear a word they say
They don't know us anyway
Watch it burn
Let it die
Cause we are finally free tonight

Tonight will change our lives
It's so good to be by your side
But we'll cry
We won't give up the fight
We'll scream loud at the top of our lungs
And they'll think it's just cause we're young
And we'll feel so alive

Throw it away
Forget yesterday
We'll make the great escape
We won't hear a word they say
They don't know us anyway
Watch it burn
Let it die
Cause we are finally free tonight

All of the wasted time
The hours that were left behind
The answers that we'll never find
They don't mean a thing tonight

Throw it away
Forget yesterday
We'll make the great escape
We won't hear a word they say
They don't know us anyway

Throw it away
Forget yesterday
We'll make the great escape
We won't hear a word they say
They don't know us anyway

Throw it away
Forget yesterday
We'll make the great escape
We won't hear a word they say
They don't know us anyway
Watch it burn
Let it die
Cause we are finally free tonight

Week 72: Theme

2010-10-23T02:54:53Z

Word theme: Eyes. The subject's eyes must be the focus of the icon
Song theme: Oasis - Wonderwall

Today is gonna be the day
That they’re gonna throw it back to you
By now you should’ve somehow
Realized what you gotta do
I don’t believe that anybody
Feels the way I do about you now

Backbeat the word was on the street
That the fire in your heart is out
I’m sure you’ve heard it all before
But you never really had a doubt
I don’t believe that anybody feels
The way I do about you now

And all the roads we have to walk along are winding
And all the lights that lead us there are blinding
There are many things that I would
Like to say to you
I don’t know how

Because maybe
You’re gonna be the one who saves me ?
And after all
You’re my wonderwall

Today was gonna be the day?
But they’ll never throw it back to you
By now you should’ve somehow
Realized what you’re not to do
I don’t believe that anybody
Feels the way I do
About you now

And all the roads that lead to you were winding
And all the lights that light the way are blinding
There are many things that I would like to say to you
I don’t know how

I said maybe
You’re gonna be the one who saves me ?
And after all
You’re my wonderwall

I said maybe
You’re gonna be the one who saves me ?
And after an
You’re my wonderwall

Said maybe
You’re gonna be the one that saves me
You’re gonna be the one that saves me
You’re gonna be the one that saves me

You have until next Friday at 11pm. Let's try for a special category this time!
