Lucius couldn't complain that Bruce wasn't doing his part to keep Wayne Enterprises in the black. He'd been working on the West Coast nonstop for a few days, trying to bring home the Ferris Air account, figuring out how to keep Carol safe from Lex /and/ why Jordan was alive again.
Arthur's call about business surprised him; he'd hadn't known his friend to be much about business in the past, so this had to have something to do with Sub-Diego or Atlantis. There was still a bit of soreness about Arthur welcoming Jordan back to the League, but it was over and done. Dwelling did nothing more and he was already on the outs with Clark; losing another friend would only upset Alfred.
Bruce joined Arthur for lunch at a nice cafe and asked that the back area be kept clear for the two of them while they talked.
"Arthur, it's good to see you. Is everything all right?" Bruce asks, sitting down across from his friend.
