I cook a lot of chicken because you can do anything with it. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font size=&quot;4&quot;&gt;&lt;font face=&quot;georgia&quot;&gt;&lt;b&gt;Recipe!&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Name of recipe:&lt;/b&gt; Pineapple Glazed Chicken&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Total prep time:&lt;/b&gt; 4-6 hours&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Total cook time:&lt;/b&gt; 50 minutes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Does this contain anything someone may be allergic to (common stuff only)? (Nuts, dairy, citrus, etc?) &lt;/b&gt; Lemon juice&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Is this a vegetarian-friendly meal?&lt;/b&gt; No&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;How many servings does your recipe make?&lt;/b&gt; 3&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Optional Nutritional Information:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Calories:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Fat grams:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Protein:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Sodium:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Sugar:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Carbs:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. 3 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts&lt;br /&gt;2. 1 can pineapple slices&lt;br /&gt;3. 2 tblspoon lemon juice&lt;br /&gt;4. 1 tblspoon oregano&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Instructions:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Step 1. Place chicken in shallow dish and mix in full can of undrained pineapple slices, and lemon juice. Marinade for several hours.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Step 2. Preheat oven to 350 and transfer chicken to baking dish top with pineapple slices and brush over glaze. Place marinade to side.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Step 3. Bake chicken 45 minutes or until juices run clear, brush marinade over chicken every 10 minutes while baking.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Step 4. After chicken is cooked fully, move to frying pan - I cut mine up first - to brown chicken and pineapple slices.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Step 5. Served with baby spinach in lite italian dressing and brown rice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Talk about the taste of your food:&lt;/b&gt; The chicken turns out slightly sweet, only a hint of tang.
