Pyxis didn't know why she had to do this new therapy session with Walden. No one else had to have one on one time with them unless they got into trouble. And she'd been on her best behaviour since she'd last talked with Luka and played checkers with him. Still, here she was, alone in Walden's somewhat office.
It was a tiny room. Well lit and lined with awards and his diploma from his fancy schools. It was kind of... not a very warm looking office. She felt like she was in a classroom. Like he was going to school her on whatever her problems were. Which she didn't like. Now, she just had to wait for him.
Chewing at her nail, Pyxis brought her knees up and tried to get comfortable in the over-stuffed chair. If he was late, she'd just leave.
