It was generally quiet at Malfoy Manor, but Victoire felt on edge. It was Christmas Eve and everyone else was sleeping, including Teddy whose bed she'd been in prior. Now she was padding along to the bathroom in an oversized t-shirt. But, she stopped when she saw Brutus brushing his teeth. "Could I get in there?"
Brutus glanced over his shoulder to look at the girl for a moment, then nodded towards the toilet. "Piss. I don't care. I'm not looking at you." He told her, then returned to looking back at the mirror, brushing his teeth a little more before he spat out and rinsed.
"I wanted to take a shower, actually." Victoire admitted and then slipped into the bathroom. Her eyes ran over Brutus, shirtless and muscular. He was kind of hot, wasn't he? She chewed at her bottom lip for a moment, then looked up at Brutus, who was looking back at her with a grin. "What?"
Brutus laughed and grabbed her, pushing her up against the bathroom door as he shut it. "I saw you staring." He informed her. "I could give you a little more than a show." He ran his hand between her legs, surprised when she wasn't wearing knickers. "No knickers?"
Victoire flushed, her eyes locked on Brutus. But, she didn't pull away from him. Instead, she slid her hand down to touch his on her, then led his finger inside of her. She moaned softly, rocking her hips against it. Teddy had turned her into a sex crazed monster. "You could do a little more than that, couldn't you?" The look on Brutus's face told her exactly what was happening and her heart began to race. That's what she wanted. This was what she wanted.

Xavier watched his brother walking around the library. He didn't come here often, if he was honest, but he knew that Scorpius liked it. They had a large collection of books about Ancient Runes and Scorpius had the world's dullest interests. There was a cup of tea and some biscuits by the fireplace, a pile of books stacked up beside a chair. It looked cozy.
Scorpius turned from grabbing another book off the shelf and spotted him, smiling. "Are you coming to join me? That's not really like you."
"No," Xavier said. His eyes moved over Scorpius, taking in everything about his brother like he hadn't grown up with the other boy. Like he was just his competition for Caspar and nothing else. "Just looking for you."
"What for?" Scorpius asked, moving back to his chair and taking a seat.
Scorpius looked like he belonged in a high-backed leather chair in front of an elaborate fireplace. Even if he was dressed in jeans and a jumper, there was something about the way he held his head and the way his hair glowed gold in the light from the fire that gave him the air of a lord in his rightful place. He was put together with an elegance that Xavier, for all they had the same mother, lacked. Scorpius was cool and elegant and beautiful. He could walk out into Muggle London and everyone would still treat him with respect because Scorpius was a Malfoy. He didn't know how to blend in with peasants. He looked unreal.
Xavier was big. He was rugged. He took care of himself and his clothes, he put a lot of care into the way he looked, but he would never have Scorpius's easy grace or entitlement. Xavier knew Scorpius worked for things, that he'd wanted things he couldn't have before, like the love and attention Cepheus, Xavier, and Aurora all got from their mother, but Xavier also knew he understood working for what you wanted far better than Scorpius did. Scorpius was a prince. When he didn't get something it was a tragedy. Xavier was a Macnair. When he couldn't have something he wanted, it was a challenge to be overcome.
Xavier smiled. "I wanted to ask you who you were inviting to our last dinner before we head back to school? I'm drawing a blank on a date."
"Caspar Longbottom," Scorpius said, smiling back at Xavier. "As a friend. He has a girlfriend, but we've been spending a lot of time together. I thought it might be more interesting then asking some boy from school or Victoire to come."
Xavier nodded. "Good to know," he said. "Thank you." It was a challenge. Nothing more. And Xavier knew he would over-come it, even if Scorpius and Caspar didn't realise it yet. Xavier was a Macnair. When Macnairs didn't get what they wanted, they figured out a way to take them.
