On a planet galaxies away from Earth, a colony of technologically advanced humanoids found themselves punished by their own boundless ambition. An experiment gone wrong opened the portal. Living beings from alternate realities—humans, monsters, supernatural creatures, do-gooders, psychopaths— invaded their home planet. Panic broke out. War was inevitable. Hundreds perished. With no means to undo their mistake, all remaining natives retreated into a Dome-like structure.

‘Shifters’ and new arrivals were left with no choice but to settle amid the devastated landscape of an abandoned city, formerly called Sector A, and start from scratch. In the course of a decade, survivors joined forces to rebuild the broken city and protect themselves from continued attacks orchestrated by the natives. Although they were never near the previous technological advancements of their humanoid enemies, the Shifters lived to see another day through unity rather than power or means of comfort.

To this day, many Shifters survived, but all remain in precarious living conditions. Still, enough time has gone by and sufficient improvements have been made so that they can now refocus their eyes on the Dome north of their settlement. Attacks on their makeshift home persist. Is it time to assemble an army and fight back or resort to less confrontational means and hope for peace? Then again, with so much unexplored land, perhaps there is a way to return home...
