I'm dropping in to apollogize for being so flighty lately. First the plague ate mine and Chibi's souls, I've been trying to get line arts done for a game site that's in beta (not my site, Ima just doing arts for it and some shite), and then this weekend when I was finally going to have time to do something here my brother tries to kill the Chibi. Since Saturday I've been running around between hospitals, dr's offices, arguing with insurance companies and trying to get my *insert colorful words here* AFLAC agent on the phone about getting my *insert more colorful words here* claim filed so I can get some cash to cover the medical shite.

Anyways... I'm off from work tonight and tomorrow. Please, someone... anyone... poke me and drag me into something. Anything. I promise I won't kick and scream to much.

It is bs! Insurance companies are all about the BS!

We have to go back to the orthopedic in three weeks for more xrays and a re-evaluation to make sure that the bones are healing and whatnot. Even though they have their own xray machines in the office, my insurance company won't cover xrays there. So, I have to call the hospital, schedule xrays in their radiology department, call the primary care physician (who, by the way, hasn't seen Chibi once through any of this and pretty much has NOTHING to do with care/treatment for any of this) to get a referral for the xrays (even though the ortho is the one who ordered them) and then pick up the xrays to take them to the ortho for evaluation.

oh, and it costs me $20 out of pocket for each referral-type visit.

*flops on* ugh! I don't want to be a responsible adult anymore!
