Sam had just finished up Watchtower Duty and couldn't wait to get home. He had some plans to play COD with some old friends later and he was very excited for that. He had really become quite the good sniper in that game and killing friends was always fun in video games.
Getting into the elevator he pressed to button to take himself up to the teleporter room.

Name: Otis Schindler
History: Otis was a small time elevator repair man who found himself gifted with the ability to control elevators. But after being laughed at about it so much turned to a life of crime to get revenge. Though this has not worked out all that well for him either and he has a hard time getting anyone to take him seriously.
Power: Otis has the ability to psychically control elevators. He can currently use this ability to make elevators move up and down as slowly or rapidly as he wants and to stop elevators. He is still working on the opening and closing doors thing.
